This Year's Outdoor 2012 Garden Diary - By JTG & My Wife

Apologies to JTG. I simply can't remain quite about the state of our country anymore. It truly saddens me. People want to get caught up in the diversions that are thrown out there (jobs, economy, marriages, abortion, bank accounts, what underwear should be worn, etc). It's all diversionary tactics people. Look at whats happening on a larger scale and you will see we have MUCH bigger problems. We are about to lose our country, and people are voting for it!
 
Heirloom, you just put it in a nutshell, agree, my sister is president of her own business, from ground up she and husband started a Industrial maintenance company, they get lots of state and gov. jobs, utilities, steel plants, universities, but the hoops that she has to jump through, the audits of purchase orders, not being allowed to charge more then 10% of her costs, the insurances for employees, that's why she fought with my brother over his 10% investment in her company, and now he's not even talking to me and not allowing me to see my nephews, and it's breaking my heart. Sometimes she just wants to give up, but she employs all of her children, and she's a sharp woman, I really look p to her, and I love that my older sis calls me and asks me for advice when she's so sharp, anyway, I love my sis/grace
 
Thanks for sharing Grace. I'm sorry you are going through that turmoil with your nephews. The stress, oh the stress. It's enough to drive a perfectly sane person totally insane.

And she must be REALLY stressed because of the burden of supporting so much of the family. I had employed one of my family members. That was enough! Never ever mix business and family!
 
The thing is I begged my brother not to involve me when he was ranting, but he moved 4 hours away from her and did not contribut anything to the business, but thought his investment was like money in the bank, that money was used to pay for the births of his 2 sons when she paid his insurance and spent on weekly pay checks to his wife who did nothing to get paid. I knew problems were coming, and when I didn't take sides he got upset that I continued speaking to sis, so anyone who speaks to her he's cut out of his family, even my sister in law who use to be good friends with him and his wife. I think it's methodone they prescribed to him for his back, he's had 6 surgeries after accident in steel mill, he received large sum of money and brought all kinds of toys that he can't even use. But I'm ranting again. There, it's out of my system now, I need to go spend some time visiting my sister she lives on other end of state, it's a 4 hour drive, but I take care of my mother in law on weekends, and it makes it impossible.
 
All of the Super-Pacs, Presidents that cannot speak or formulate their own words without a Tele-prompter, Un-Fair adds, Sheeple voting for who is most handsome, or looks like a Nice guy. Sheesh,our Founding Fathers must be wondering, "What the Hell Happened!!!" No rich in office, no taking away States Rights, No BIG Goverment, on and on an on. Pretty soon We will be calling ourselves New Rome, instead of the USA. I just wonder who our Julius Caesar was, is??? There are WORSE times a comin My Friends, so HeadsUp, or Down!!! Take Care. I don't know if I have ever agreed with a single statement so wholeheartedly.

Well besides perhaps heirloom who really just nailed things on the head. There is a lot, too much wrong with our current government. Its sad that 90% of the time its the people who had to fortune or the good sense to unplug a bit. There are far too many gullible people who just believe whatever a TV says. Live in ignorance and bliss not realizing or not caring that things are not as they are portrayed to us.

We are made to believe things like a 5 bedroom house with some kids and a dog are the ultimate goal and dream. Well sorry but I "own" my property but pay so much in property taxes, sewage taxes, law enforcement taxes on it alone. That I do not own jack shit. I simply get to rent this land off the County, State, Fed, and for doing so I get to say I "own" land. Whoopty fucking doo.

Dont even get me started about our monetary system, unless you like circuses, clowns, and a whole lot of laughs because much liek the circus our monetary system is one big fucking joke.

Ok I feel a rant is about to come on (or maybe I already started). But it is nice to see there are some people here on the forums who got some heads on their shoulders and can actually think for themselves and make informed decisions that are actually their own thoughts and not thoughts put there by others because that is what they wanted you to think. Makes me really glad I joined this site.
 
Wow, CF, Wow, it is hard for Me to type this right now, because I have Tears Streaming down my Face!!! I have been a part of, and seen(WORSE) many of these things, up close and personal. I can hardly type for the Tears, SORRY, not trying to guilt Trip!!! It just brought all of those semi suppressed memories FLOODING BACK. I believe I recognize My Platoon, at about minute 4:30 on War Pigs Video, in fact I know that is US, can remember the cameraman being there, and us telling Him to Get The FUCK DOWN, we were storming a House/Complex, and were under heavy FIRE. We could not figure out what the Hell He was Doing, now I understand and KNOW. He was one BRAVE SOB, shit, we all thought He was Crazy!!! The scene is in Fallujah(I'LL NEVER FORGET THAT PLACE, EVER), a lot of BAD SHIT HAPPENED THERE, you do not want to know, and I'll never TALK about, unless YOU were there too. POWERFUL STUFF CF, feel FREE to post that kind of stuff on My Journal ANYTIME, My Heart is still in My Throat, Tears still running down My FACE. Let My Wife watch it, She cried to, FOR ME. These are the things I DREAM ABOUT AT NIGHT. It is like I am still there, NEVER LEFT, not in My Mind anyways. Thank You CF, I needed to actually see those things again, and War Pigs was the Perfect song to Show them with. Now You all Know what I have been through, without Me having to say it. THANK YOU CF, THANK YOU!!! It hurts so BAD sometimes, I need to see these things, it helps Me remember, without it all coming out of My Mind, and wondering if I had distorted it, or made it worse than it really was. I urge You all to look up the Battle for Fallujah, it was HELL ON EARTH. Once AGAIN CF, THANK YOU. You have My Permission To Post anything like this on My Thread Anytime.
