This Year's Outdoor 2012 Garden Diary - By JTG & My Wife

First off. THANKS FOR THE REPS!!. I can't believe the plants you have going. Im SO JEALOUS!! how long have they been in VEG? WOW JUST WOW! do you personally know Jorge Cervantes? Your plants look very similar. MY GOSHHH!!! and you have a wife that loves it just as much as you do! and a wonderful dog. +reps! can't wait to see these buds!

I totally agree with Deege! Your plants are amazing!!:bravo:

How could I Do That Deege420, they are not in Bloom Yet. Isn't that the way they are supposed to be when You enter Them? Every ones Plants I have seen entered There are in Bud Stage. So I thought that was the Norm for the entry Process. You think someone would want to look at just a Growing Plant, NO BUDS? Because if You DO, I would give it a Whirl, a little late now Though, Isn't it?:thanks: For the Compliment, tell me what to do, and I'll do it. Probably get My Butt Kicked, or Embarrassed, Or Both!:high-five:But I have had that Happen to Me before Anyways!!!:thumb: SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

They were Deserved Deege420, COMPLETELY!!!:goodjob: I started the first Ones on March 3, the Second Batch Between April1-3, The oldest are a little over 4 Months, the Youngest, a Little over 3 Months. I do not Know Jorge, have seen Him Before at Events. I am sooo lucky My Wife Loves This!!! This is How She Grew Up, Her Momma was a Hippy, She even worked at the BERKLEY FREE CLINIC in 1966-67. You would Laugh if You Knew My Wife's Name(TOTAL HIPPY)! I cannot wait to SEE the BUDS Either!!! As I will get to Smoke them this Year, first Time I will have Smoked in 8YRS, NO BS!!! I'll be free of Uncle Sam, FINALLY. I have about 2.5 weeks to GO. There better not be any NEW WAR that starts between NOW and THEN!! Thanks For Stopping By Deege420, I hope You Come Again!!! SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

It is Sweet, But MAN, LOUD AS HELL!!! After a few Days of Running It, You want to get as far away from it as possible!!:trance: The Blades Pick Up The VERY BEST HASH, anyone could ever SMOKE!!! It is so FREAKING PURE, When I scrape it off of the Blades, I Literally Get about a Half Ounce Per Bottom Blade Side, and about a One Third Ounce for the Top Half of The Blade. Since There are Two Blades, that comes out to, lets see...... One and Two Thirds Ounces Per Scraping, and that is just the Blades Only!!! And We scrape it like Two or Three Times a Day, Sometimes Four, depending on what Strain, or how late We decide to Work. That Hash is so Potent!!:cough: You almost HAVE to let it sit and Cure for a Couple of Weeks. But My Wife will Smoke it right off of the Blade, She says it gets Her Higher Than anything She Has ever Smoked:trance:! And I assure YOU,She has Smoked the VERY BEST of EVERYTHING!!!:cheertwo: From Hash, Bud or Food and Tincture Wise. She is Definitely NO SLOUCH, when it comes to Her Medicine. I actually think/know that She is Spoiled in This Way. Imagine never having to Figure Out What You Are Going To Smoke For The Day(MY DREAM IN HIGH SCHOOL and NOW TOO, TO BE HONEST!?!) well that is Her/Our Reality. It feels really weird when I hear about People going Dry, or having to spend $$ on Herb. I Genuinely Thank God, because I know how LUCKY WE ARE!:high-five: Anyways, whatever She wants to Smoke, She can Smoke, KUSH, NO PROBLEM. INDICA, NO PROBLEM. SATIVA, NO PROBLEM. HYBRID, NO PROBLEM. HASH, WHAT KIND/COLOR, NO PROBLEM. So You See, She is very, Very, VERY Spoiled!!! And A WISE MAN ONCE SAID"HAPPY WIFE, HAPPIER HUSBAND! And I am Pretty Darn Happy Most of the Time, and always SO, with My Wife:yahoo: Well I have Rambled long enough HERE. SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

Thank You Again Deege420 And CF, it feels really Great to get Praise from such Knowledgeable Growers:high-five:! I hope that someday I have REPS like You Guys, To Bad I can only do One Garden a Year. My Wife and Landlord both say, NO WAY IN HELL, CAN I DO AN INSIDE GROW, Period.:thedoubletake: That's OK with Me Though, You would think the Work Stops when Harvest is Over. But I gotta tell You, A Whole new Type of Work Begins:partyboy:, and it ain't no Party Either!!! Getting the Garden Ready for Next Year(A PROCESS OVER SEVERAL MONTHS), And Labeling, Proper Storage, Manicuring, Guard Duty(NO BS), Making Sure Everything Runs Smoothly,Manicuring(BLEEEH), Explaining to Family From Out Of State, For The One Thousandth Time, Why You "CANNOT COME FOR THE HOLIDAYS"(AGAIN), and so many others I will not write them down.:loopy: But You Get The Picture, I Hope!!! Done Rambling for now!!!:thumb: SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

Good for you James ... I pray for a peaceful 3 weeks :cheesygrinsmiley:

Plant of the month has always favored flowering plants. BUT It is not a mandatory thing. they have a separate contest for buds. Last month there were two different veg plants in the contest. My Angel Heart#1 and Icemuds brix scrog (which is AWESOME i might add) i would check it out if u get a chance. Have you heard of the brix method of growing? well thats a different convo. Anyway you can enter up to 2 pics of your fav plant. I got 3 votes last month for my plant and its not nearly as nice as yours! you really got this down JTG. I love your pure dedication. Growing is nothing easy and it takes a lot of hard work. (which is why so many people fail) Its like a job.

JTG Im no pro at this growing stuff. I get the reps from spreading the knowledge just as you do. I know some stuff. I can grow but I'm no expert. i couldn't believe hearing that from someone who's been growing 20 years! (I've only been alive 22) lol But anyway man. your plants are beautiful as I'm sure they are every year. Stay away from sam and stay free brotha! be safe :Namaste:

Hope So Too BuckShot, there better not BE!!! Thank You ALL For Motivating Me!! I got so Motivated, That I actually entered One of My Plants in the Plant of The Month Contest, so THANK YOU!!! I needed the PUSH:thanks:! Been Running a 102 Degree Fever All Day, But I am Still Happy!!! Just sat and Slept in Front of the Fan all Day. Had very weird Fever Dreams:hmmm:! Some were Just to Strange, and I cannot recall them. Which is Probably Good:laugh:! Gonna be taking Garden Pictures, Week 4 Tomorrow, so Heads Up, Hopefully I'll be Locked and Cocked, and Ready To Go:blushsmile:(WHICH MEANS NO FEVER!!!):thumb: SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

howdy James, buds or not thats a blue ribbon grow you have there:bravo: I would think that anyone that gazed at those monsters would fall victim to there glory.Plant of the month, sheeeit plant of the year bro! wished I could plant some herb outside:) and if I were a girl, well I would be more than happy to be your wife! and by the way I've told a couple folks here about the JTG Lst method. great idea:thumb:

Really interesting to hear about your wife and her mother working at the free clinic and being a hippy! She must be a really great person to hang out with! I really appreciate laid back people. I have a hard time to just sit back and smell the roses. My wife is the same way as yours except her mother was not a hippy.

I will be rooting for your plant in the POTM contest. They sure are amazing!

Didn't realize you haven't smoked for eight years. Your first stone is going to like the first time again!! You are going to be ripped!! Good thing you have self control to be able to do that. I don't know too many people that could be around amazing lady plants like you have and be celebate!! LoL!

I really hope we don't have another war between now and then. I really do. Don't want to blether on this subject because I could really prattle on forever!! Don't even like to think about it. Unfortunately we are the police of the world and chances are we will not but you just never know.
:thumb:

JTG how's it growin, I've been trying to give you reps again for the baby monitor thing. But it wont let me, not sure what the deal is there? That's the cats ass for sure! Next time I'm at wal-mart guess what I'm getting... +reps as soon as it will let me!!

Hi mate, all i can say is :bravo: I wish i had the right place to grow some nice trees like them!! If i put one outside, before it got its first leaves, someone would be trying to steal it on me!! LOL.. Thats why im an indoor ninja now. But i carry a pic in my wallet of my last topped WW outdoor.. She was great! Good ol days.. Anyways just had to say good job and keep up the good work! Later guys;)

Example of how small my seeded Buds Bunny is. This is the humble beginning of this years 2012 Garden A lot of work has gone into it already. From mixing and amending the soil, I use Fox Farm Ocean Forest and Happy Frog to start sterile, then add various things from a unique amendment I discovered years ago. A Friend of mine makes it every year and sells it by the pound. We call it Super Fert, but that is just what us locals that can get it, call it. I use Max Sea 16-16-16 and Fox Farm GROW BIG. I rotate them, one time this one, the next time that one. I never do them twice in a row. I also use SWEET for carbohydrate pickup and CAL-MAG for further strengthening of my Branches, and my Stalks, every time I fertilize. I am hoping for a nice HOT SUNNY growing season, with average temperatures around 90-100 degrees. Watering is done on a whenever it is needed bases, as is the fertilizing. My soil is so potent, that I only have to feed now(Fertilize), at this stage, because I want to. I was told by an old grower, who had been doing this for over 40yrs, that the more Light, Space, Water and Food you give them, the more they will grow. I have found this maxim to be truer advice than almost any I have earned or been given! I am going to try and take Weekly or at least Bi-Weekly Photos of the Garden, so everyone can enjoy watching the Grow, and reading my Journal on it, at least I hope people will find enough interest in this thread to read and look at it. I would like to ask people that do follow the Thread to notice how rapidly my Work Shed disappears by the growing Cannabis. It got up into the low Hundreds in the Garden today, about 109 110 degrees Fahrenheit, hottest day so far this season. I have black shade cloth laid down neatly in my Garden. Since it is black and my 100gallon containers are aligned in rows on it, it soaks up the heat that is shining on it from the Sun, that is why my Garden gets so Hot! When you are off of the shade cloth, or out of the Garden, temperatures are a lot cooler, sometimes by as much as 20 degrees in the shade, with Lemonade and Ice. This is where I try, key word is TRY here, to entice my Wife to sit and talk with me whilst I work. I really Love it when She listens and does this, but because of her Health conditions She is sometimes to sick to do this, or She can be the exact opposite and will try to come into Her/Our Garden, and try to lend a hand because She feels guilty that I do most of the work. Especially if She is getting an unusual amount of relief from Her Meds that Day. Of course I never let Her do any physical labor, but She is an adult, and I am not Her Dad, so I can only do and say so much. I am pretty bummed out because I have a good sized gaggle of extra Females to deal with, I have tried to give them away, and I gave away quite a few. I feel kind of greedy asking people to pay for something I cannot use, that is why I would just rather give them away like I have been. It now looks like the ones I have left are gonna get chopped soon. They are so beautiful and healthy, I am loathe to do it, but I know I cannot keep putting off the inevitable(SIGH!!!). We have had great weather for the past 4 days or so, and from the looks of things, that is supposed to be the norm for awhile. I will try to keep as up to date as possible on my Thread, and post pictures regularly. I hope it is enjoyed by all! THANK YOU. SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.

Heirloom Outside Fence, Favorite Plant!?! I hope these Print Up Right! Well here is the Plant Porn for Week Number 4 of the Garden Pictures. It is really Hard for Me to Be doing this right Now, So I am Gonna Vent My Problem, On You All, aren't You Lucky. My Wife is in so Much Pain Right Now, That She is Literally Screaming and Writhing in Pain, in betwixt the Bed and the Bathroom. She is at like Level 1000 Pain, and NOTHING I CAN DO WILL HELP HER!!! She has been getting Gradually worse over the last Couple of Weeks with Pain in Her Upper Abdominal Cavity. She Eats Hardly No Food, Little Liquid, and about 30 TUMS and 15-20 GAS X's a Day. No Relief, except for short Periods that last Maybe 20 minutes to an Hour. Then it is Back to the Literal, Screaming and Crying and Shouting in Pain!!! We took Her to the Doctor on Thursday, and this ASSHOLE would NOT even LISTEN to what We/She had to say, because all He could Focus on were the Meds She Takes for Her Backpain(THAT SHE HAS BEEN TAKING FOR OVER A DECADE NOW) and immediately Diagnosed Her with Narcotic Bowel Syndrome, after right in the Middle of His looking at Her His Phone Rang, and He disappeared for 10 Minutes, to come back with His Snap Diagnosis!!!:hmmm: My Wife has a Hyatill Hernia, or a Hernia of Her Upper Abdomen. She does not have Narcotic Bowel Syndrome!!! NBS is when You cannot make a Bowel Movement, She does NOT have this Problem!!! But because ALL HE COULD SEE were the Meds She takes, He made a SNAP diagnosis, did not listen to a word WE had to SAY, and tried to Pawn us off on a Pain Specialist Doctor, You know, the Ones that treat You for Medication ADDICTION!!! This has nothing to do with THAT!!! I am so pissed right now, I could, well I won't say what I could do:shhh:, it might get Me into Trouble. Sorry for Un-loading this on Everyone, but I have NO one else at the moment to do it too, SO PLEASE EXCUSE AND FORGIVE ME!!! I will try to get back to the Garden Now, if anyones still with Me that is. This was a Great Week in the Garden, Temperatures in the Garden Over 100 Degrees ALL WEEK LONG!!! Everything is just Enjoying the Heat So Much, and the Extreme Growth really Shows!!!:high-five: I took a few pictures Outside of the Garden, so Everyone can See how the Plants are Growing Outside of the Fence Now. I also took some pictures of One of my Two Favorite Heirloom Kush Plants, and some close Ups of it's Lateral Growth, Arms and Tops, on top of Arms and Tops, this is the Third Phenotype of this Strain of Plant, That I have mentioned before in the Thread. This One looks like the Best Phenotype of this Pheno, that I have ever grown, I cannot wait till she Buds Up!!!:trance: Come to think of it, I need to put some Chicken Wire Up around the Plants that are Growing Outside the Fence, so DEER do not get to them!!!:wood: I hope I get this accomplished before they come a calling. I had to Water and fertilize 10 of the Plants Today as Well, Grow Big from Fox Farm,Sweet and Cal-Mag. Next time it will be Max-Sea 16-16-16,Sweet and Cal-Mag. I always do it this way because the Grow Big and the Max-Sea each offer different Nutes and/or different levels on what they both have in Common. This is My KISS method of growing, or Keep It Simple Stupid. I wrote in on a Thread that I would like to maybe try the BPN line of Nutrients, and asked for help in getting People to try and convince my Wife to do an experiment. I thank everyone that responded to this, and tried to help sway Her decision process. Needless to say, She was not Keen on the Idea of Spending OOOdles of Money on Something we knew nothing about, and having it fail. I am SORRY ALL, who tried to Help in the convincing, but She said NO, and unless I get some for Free or Something, I think that one is DEAD in the Water:thedoubletake:. But at least the old tried and true is working like it always does!!!:yahoo: I entered a Plant in the Plant Of The Month Contest, Thanks to all of Your Guys' encouragement, She does not have any Magical Closeups of Buds Dripping with Resin, and just one Bud Closeup to show the Fusia Colored Hairs, on an Early Bud that is immature. But who knows, She is a Big Plant and all Budded up, just no Closeups of Ripe Buds Drenched with Resin. I still think it is a Good representation of One of My Plants in Full Bud though:clap:. Gotta Get Going, and check on My Wife! BuckShot, Echo is a Nice, TOTALLY HIPPY name!!! My Wife is named after an unusual Flower, I had never even heard of before I met Her!!!:laughtwo: But You Know Hippy's and their LOVE of Unusual Names!!!:thumb: I LOVE MY HIPPY FAMILY MEMBERS! They ROCK:theband:!!! Please keep the responses coming, it helps to motivate Me!!! TAKE CARE. SINCERELY, JAMESTHEGREEN.
