Great harvests and what an amazing outdoor growing clinic you've put on. Whew! You're outdoor plants are some of the most beautiful plants I've ever seen. I'm always wearing a grin when I look at your stuff.

Digging your one plant scrog set-up. Are you using that with a waterfarm somehow? Oh, I think I just figured out how - the "lid" is connected to the scrog set-up?

I like your strain choices, but I have to admit I was surprised you were going to do more Tangerine Dream - sounds like it must be good for you to want to give it another go. I've heard it's a bitch of a plant to grow for many, but worth it if you can make it work.

Anyway -- Awesome stuff as always. Hope all is well in the PNW! Keep on keepin' on.

Bulldozers went into high gear for a minute or two this year Pop's. Well believe it or not I still haven't really sampled the large crops we got yet this year. I mean I smoked it once or twice on afew of the strains, but I can never judge till plants are put up for acouple weeks. And finish the cure. I've just gotten into the jar with Northern Lites on it. Screamer pot. The Armageddon is great too. I think next is going
Wonder Woman. She got some meaty buds. Abit on the leafy side for me, but I have someone who likes the 'joint weed'. Also she doesn't care for high THC levels. Makes her nervous. CBD's work for her. And this pot is typical outside weed. Green and red in color, it has that earthy flavor with a taste of hash thrown in. I ended up with 3/4 of a LB off her. She has suck tight thick bud that she is a target for bud rot, which did find her alittle. Have to remember that all this outside trip was finished with lousy weather. Cloud's and more clouds. That lack of sun probably hurt a percent or 2 of potency on the harvest but I'm not complaining. Scale 1-10 about a 7-8
Vintage. She was a plant that was started inside and finished out. When I put her out she was like at week 4. I imagine it was a shocks to her going from nice warm and bright, to a cool and overcast sun. The smoke like most outdoor weed it's got a green look to it. Outdoor plants don't get the smells like indoor does. Least here in the PNW. She also caught her dose of good old 'Botrytis Cinerea'. We didn't really get to much I put it at 15% of every plant. We a harvested 3/4 of Lb off her too. Kind of has a alfalfa smell. But don't let the smell fool ya, she'll knock ya on your ass. Scale 1-10 about a 7-8
Well thats acouple from outback.
Iced Grapefruit. She's has a sweeter flower than some the others. Deep Ruddy Red color. Good hash taste and a buzz that creeps up behind you after 3 or 4 min's. I can tell it's going to be some great herbs. Scale 1-10 about a 8-9
I'm still smoking my Vantage. Talk about hash flavor. I also started two new Vantage seed. Along with a Sour Cream. Man the vendor sends freebies out and they pop up on every growers threads. Who Hasn't grown a Sour Cream? Well I have been going thru withdrawal's lately. I need my seed fix. SOOOOOOOOOOOOO We off to the rodeo.

1x Paradise - Spoetnik #1 -
1x World of Seeds - Star 47 -
1x Kannabia - Smile -

2x Barney's Farm - Tangerine Dream
Tangerine Dream. I threw my outside away. I forgot that plant was a total. My Old Ladies Son grew one. He did it in a 2X4 tent under a 250 watter. I can't speak for what or how he grew it but he's one on the extreme 'Green'. He wants total organics and thought it is good to use things like banana peels straight in the dirt. I mean not composted. I warned him bout mold's and bugs, but everyone has to learn don't they. He dealt with mites. I don't know how good it turned but the samples he brang over is decent smoke and I know there is a reason it won the last cup. I wanna take a trip to Amsterdam when the cup's going. Sounds pretty cool. And really cost isn't bad. A big part of cost is getting to NY or wherever you leave from. Well I'll do a update in awhile. Thanks for dropping in and Keep em Green

Holy Cow! How do I answer that post Sprout???? :high-five:

I figure you and Miss J are sprawled in a heap on the floor about now. I would be. :Namaste:

So I should use banana peels now? Well, it is natural and organic. I would slip on one. :high-five:
Got my Vantage for next grow!
Sour Cream is good.....a good freebie too!

If I ever come to the mainland again.....you would be my last stop.....If I stopped there first...I'd never leave. Did you ever order from the Lady you were talking about......I think my helper THsea's Mom knows them. Would be interesting to get a few freebies from them.

Take care old friend.....you've had a hell of a good year! :party:

Well we took the SLH and shes hanging up in the 4X4 for a min. Man shes pretty, going to look orange and lime green. It sure snowed all over her. I need batteries in my camera and I get a pic.
SLH84.JPG

I think it's going to be rite up there with Armageddon. I just took acouple bong hits and I'm feeling no pain, figuratively only, wish I wasn't feeling my old companion, but MMJ sure makes it easier to deal with pain. S
re wish I could find 'Old School' Buddha sticks. The ones that have that perfumed taste. Now they could deal with pain. They use to dip them in smoking opium.
Anyhow that SLH I have a strong feeling it's going to share top shelf with the Armageddon. Maybe push it down notch even. I smoked a sample hitter Till something else knocks one of them down. I really could never say which pot is best around here, probably because I haven't grown it yet. And never will. Got to have goals ya know.
I also have those Vantage and Sour Cream in seedlings stage. I promised my woman's nail text a sprout. I top at a real small size. First the single leaf and then the three's and then I top.Well off to the rodeo;
Vanatge_First_topping.JPG
and here's the Sour Cream;

You going to love that vantage for sure. I really can't see any reason you couldn't do a SLH if you started her flowering small and give it a foliar spraying with some Bush Masters. I swear the stuff works. Used as a drench or foliar, well all I ever used was a drench, sure seemed to minimized the stretching and stacked the flowers tighter.
But that Vantage is a nice all around plant. Medium height little stretch and a frosting like you won't believe. Fact is my avatar in a Vantage. Sisco you got a great grow going yourself. Some many great grows on these grow sites.
I'll tell ya something, one of the great things about us all posting here, you can go back and look back at dates you might have forgotten. Like rite now I forgot what date I started these last three I started flowering. You Wood think by now I'd remember to write that date on my plant labels. But I never have been accused of being to brite. Jk but I sure do forget alot of stuff like that. I guess 'Old Timers' is setting in. They say the first thing to go is your memory, and I forgot the second.
Well Been studies this Stoney Girl seed stock. I guess I need to get some. I've been thinking of getting one of these three;
Pit Bull
or maybe; and their flagship strain for breeding I still can't believe the time on the flowering. I wood sure like to have alittle pollen for this bad ass baby. If any truth to the time frame, this could be a great addition for ANYONE's breeding programs;
Berkeley
You have to have a Oregon MMJ card to buy from this vendor. It might just be what the doctor ordered. I'm going t try to contact her today. I thought I had gotten my seed fix, but I guess I need just atad more. Well Thanks for dropping in all Keep em Green

Bushmasters, I forgot about that... dang Satan Claws is getting a big list of "I wants".. thanks for the kind words on my grow, still long ways to go.

LOL, what were we talking about? Yeah, keeping a journal sure helps, I have a pad with my nute mixes and dates but forget to post it here in my journal..

I'm not the most organized person, but I think I'm getting a tad better.

That's a great link, so much out there to tinker with..

Bush Masters seems to work. Least what I've seen but then I haven't done any comparison between sister plants as in a experiment, but I can see the distance between nodes shortened. And bud sites 'stack up thick'.
I hear ya on the X-Mas lists. CO2 generator with the hard line, natural gas. I don't really wanna hassle with tanks and I like the fact I can get a water cooled unit, heads my list followed closely bye acouple Master Blaster 1500 watt ballasts and bulbs.
Well I hit the big 51 today, and me and Miss J are going to head to the Black Jack tables. Maybe I'll hit enough for the CO2? Yea like them casinos are built with their own monies huh? But I will try. But I'll probably spend 1,000$ to make 300$. Sounds like a good deal huh? JK but I enjoy it so does Miss J. Going to roll up afew dubies have afew cold ones and go enjoy our selfs. Birthdays come once once a year. Guess I might as well go enjoy them. Hope everyones good out there. Keep em Green everyone

I grow been aminute or two since you drove thru. You just about missed my hash mash thread here. I never been much at organizing my grows. I do have 3 seed cracked for a new inside grow, along with afew small ones I just started. I have 2 small Vantages going which I plan on using for clones, and that Sour Cream. I think this flip over is going to be half the room Vantage, and the other will be a mismatched grow. I started a Yumbolt-47, Swiss Cheese, and 'Miss J wanted' a Trangerine Dream. Seeing we lost the last we had and only got to try a sample from her Son's grow, she wants to give it a chance inside and see if what the cup said is rite. Is it really a number one plant. We'll see.
Well I'll get some pic's up soon and maybe start a new thread with a inside flip. Well all who took a look in, enjoy and Keep em Green

Happy belated birthday, buddy! :happybday:

Oh, and I think I need to get me some of that Bushmasters. I always forget about it, but it's something that should probably be a staple for me. I want to do a primarily Sativa grow soon, and that would fit the bill perfectly I think... :thumb:

Thanks Dude. Damn I AM getting old. Me and the world I guess. Been a time or two I tried to figure out how many grows I've done in a life. I have about 32 years on off growing. Cept for alittle 'college' time, compliments of CDC. Well things here are winding down fast. I still have a Star Trek going in hydro out there. Is it only me or what, hydro seems to lack the smells of a organic grow. Shes at about 6+ weeks and getting close to that time. Then the real work begins. But here's the little girl Foxtail's and all;
025137.JPG

We also cut a sample bud;
04447.JPG

I mean she's looking great just not any oder.
Miss J has her project to start soon. We brang in her Staff, least staff for now till she knows the rite length. I wonder what wood happen if she shaped up the root ball, and dip it in some urethane afew times if it wood fill all those holes and make a round shape. I imagine I need to thin it Abit and do it multiply times but it's really going to be whatever she wants;
Cane1.JPG

Going to be interesting. I still think a glass ball 'might' get engulfed by the roots. If I grow the next in a larger pot. Something like 35 gallon;
04840.JPG

Well isn't really alot here to say. I will be growing more of course. I'll probably always have a pot plant growing. It's just great to FINALLY be able to grow it legal. I KNOW soon all states will have a MMJ law. But we as the first legal states need to make sure we don't abuse it and give it a negative look. Such as major street dealing. I seen people that knew state law was 6 and they were doing 500. How can the even say its all for med's. I know I produce more than I can use sometimes. Well like I said nothing new here, cept I got a Yumbolt-47, Swiss Cheese and Trangerine Dream up and sprouted. So far 3 for 3 on the last seed I ordered. And I have acouple more out there. Iced GrapeFruit, and a Star Trek mothers going. Not sure I wanna keep either going tho. So I guess I'll finish them up in the next grow.

Well after all my searching trying to find genetics that will live and love this Oregon weather, I think this girl is my best shot. Shes done alot around here in Oregon trying to find some speed in the flowering. Shes tooken multiplies of first in the Oregon Medical Cup's. This train was even in Ed Rosenthal's Marijuana Growers Handbook 2010. Alot of her strains have even been in that Big Book of Buds. That's a mighty big thing to live up to. Me and Miss J are going to her house tomorrow and hopefully I can take alittle look around at her operation. She also has clones but they are mosty thru local clubs. I find it hard to believe her flowering times but if she can shed 2-3 weeks off, man I could beat out alot of PM and Bud Rot. She claims 28 days flower. 28 DAYS. Man I should be able to see the buds grow at that speed. Even 35 wood be nice. Well this will be a nice experiment. She can only sell to Oregon MMJ patients Tell me this don't sound good;
https://www.gro4me.com/berkeley_blues1.htm
Sounds to good to be true. That Berkeley she has with the 28 day flowering time kind of scares me. But I could see crossing it with a Vantage. Man flowering out in 35 days. That 10 turn overs per year.

Till tomorrow I will leave all with good vibes and Keep em Green

Hey buddy! Those strains sound amazing. I just spent a bunch of time checking out the strains they have from the links you posted... Amazing if those flowering times are accurate. You're right, the Berkely Blues sounds really good. I'm definitely interested in seeing you grow these... Now, I want some. Crossed with Vantage sounds good. Those flowering times are crazy! :thumb:

Happy Belated Birthday!! I wish MMJ was National like in Canada so I could obtain the Berkeley Blues. I live back East in RI and that just won't happen. Had a friend come back from Oregon with some Caramel Candy Kush, Oregon Huckleberry Kush, Ms Universe, and Cosmic Brain seeds from Dynasty that look to be promising additions to the family. Are you familiar with any of these strains The Professor out your way has been a good friend to me and just thought I would ask if you have grown or smoked these Oregon strains?

No Winger but I sure wood. I just did a look and found them at Dynasty Seed. I'll have to look into them. I did a fast glance at that Huckleberry Kush is worth taking look at. They have all the strains you just mentioned. Have to see where they are from. Thanks for the B-Day wishes. I just wish I haven't had so many of them.
XLR 28 days. I have a hard time biting into that one without being seen. Stay tuned and we'll all know in about 2 months. I plan on getting maybe 10 seed. I'll start like 6 or 7, if I can get 2-3 females I plan on cutting clones asap then throwing the mother and the others into flower. If she does any good I'll keep it going. And if it is real good maybe I'll grow a male next and I will try crossing it with Vantage and maybe I'll have plenty of seed to help afew friends out. Be great to get something with a 30 day flower. Man thats fast. Take care ya'll btw here's a pic of that hydro grown Star Trek at week 7;
S-Trek1.JPG

These are really solid buds. There is alot of weight rite there maybe 3/4 oz in that one bud. Keep em Green

Hey Wingman I swear with good lighting Vantage finishes in 45 days. I was surprised at the quality of the plant. Meds are great and it's a good yielder. Up to 6 Oz's with a 47 day. Here's a Plant at 49- days called Star Trek. That's what I was told.

I really have no idea what she is. Those bud's are meaty I will say that. And she does have a fast time frame She was spoiled for the last 2 weeks having a 1000 watter all to herself. I started using a clean flush with just alittle GH Pineapple Rush acouple days ago. I think I'm going to leave the lites off for a day or two. And that will empty out my flower room.
A good cleaning and It's off to the rodeo again. The line out is still up in the air. I have those 2 vantages, and sour cream, yumbolt-47, swiss cheese and for Miss J again Tangerine Dream. I still have some new seed stock. I'm hoping for the Berkeley Blue's but haven't hooked up yet. I'll Try her tonite. But I have some Star-47 seed also. We'll see.
Well everyone have a great evening and Keep em Green
