As stated in our Posting Guidelines, all videos must be Cannabis/Hemp related, except in the Off Topic Forum. Non Cannabis/Hemp related videos are allowed in the Off Topic Forums provided they do not violate our guidelines.

Reason being that videos get indexed/ranked by Google daily, based on content relevancy. Since most searches for help are done through Google, this can result in less people finding the help they need on our website. More importantly, videos in the searchable area may misrepresent us by showing content that does not align with our mission and ethics. Most importantly, off topic videos tend to hinder the learning process by instigating off topic discussions.

That's the rule so I'm sticking to it! Gonna have to keep using my ♫ and ♪

Well I will say this. I love music. And apparently it is proven that plants do too! So here mods, let's make this off topic venture into one that we can learn and benefit from shall We?

The Effect of Music on Plant Growth and Pests | Owlcation

Classical music and melodic tunes are proven to improve growth of most plant types. I find reaggae to really inspire my gals to find their "roots". Now, I'm sure people may say this is about as proven as the lunar crap I always ramble about, but it's true your plants can hear you. So always send love and support their way! And if you get the chance try some uplifting music ...

Now how much more on topic can we get than some inspiring cannabis photos????

Today we begin week 9

I flipped the switch on the vipar to only blue and white light. This does a couple things. It lowers the amount of red spectrum that initiates flower blooming, helps keep the flower space at a much lower temp, and simulates the change in sun in the sky, telling the plant to hurry the hell up and finish already .

Ok in all seriousness, GLORIA has made a nice recovery from lockout. Her sugar leaves are trying to foxtail some, instead of the sad wilt they had going. We lost some frost and burnt her up some, but we should slide into home here with an in the park homer!!!

Enough typing here she was an hour ago

Have a great day my 420 friends family and followers, and as always my your plants prosper and buds swell!

Outfreakingstanding! Valuable lessons being taught here. Most importantly is you can correct a lockout and recover. However, it takes knowing the signs and being very familiar with the plant. That’s why I keep a journal of what’s happening with the environment, etc.—even if it’s not shared online.

Very well done Dabs.

Sorry I haven't been around much last few days friends

Hey I panic, but worry won't get you anywhere you gotta pick yourself up and figure that shit out!

Lesson learned. K def and retracting pistils early are both signs of lockout in flower .

In veg you tend to see what lowded did. Immobile nutrient problems.

This is true. When I was in 9th grade 58 years ago, we had a science fair. One of the students raised beans, each under a different genre of music. There was a vast difference in their growth. If memory serves, Classical music gave the fullest growth development.

So it's not bunk.

Classical? I'm in luck I guess. My babes get to hear me practice quite a few hours a day on the piano.
Neat knowledge.

Hope you're having an awesome night Dabber!
