Thee Sweet Tooth Auto Extravaganza

The Lil one gallon was topped early cause I didn't know it was an auto. It's struggling for sure but that could be contributed to it being in a one gallon.

Big one looks perky though. Clearly the work of a master craftsman:Namaste:

Had the pleasure of having an experienced grower round earlier and had a good long chat. First time he'd seen an auto though but he said he would have chopped a top bud that's likely to get too close to the light so that plant could focus it's energy elsewhere and the tall one needs bent enough so it can grow back into the light as I'll just get deformed buds if it goes past the light and they look like they could be amongst the best bits.

Possibly a bit late for the bud chopping but am on the case with the bending.

Haven't a clue buddy. I was going to be a pussy and just try to carefully curve it the way I wanted but.....

Supercropping or superclumsy? Either way it was touching the roof and growing above the light and I'm sure my mate was right it was going to amount to nothing if I left it alone.

Have I done something right? If so I meant it lol :)

ok, supercropping then,, in photos, normal mj growing,, if normal is the right word, that is a common technique to supposedly build branch strength and even provide a bigger avenue for nutrition to pass upward to the plant tops,,the branch is actually 'broken', 'cracked' ,,,,,bent not the right word because breakage appears,,,,, i supercrop a ton with photos,, it is great fun,, up close and very personal, and i was wondering about supercropping autos,, so that is why i am curious. gonna keep me eye on yos fo sho,, cheers

my info tells me that supercropping is not the way to go with autos,, because with the short grow time,, the plant is too stressed and recovers slowly,, or at least with the short grow times,, the stress is more pronounced maybe,,,, but i believe there are a lotto mj grow myths out there,, and i am seeking just the facts maam/sir,, just the facts

Less than 12hrs have passed since I cracked it and she has already stiffened the damaged section and the buds on the horizontal section have pointed themselves up. Leaves pointing towards the light.

Not sure I bent it enough though.....may have to do it again on the next section of stem between nodes.

I've just had to do the same with one of my ST branches that was just off touching the lights which is covered in buds, will see if it repairs itself in a day or so

I saw a Lego box with a farmer and some cops and couldn't resist buying it.....hope my pics turn out half as funny as Nivek's :)

And the Simpsons characters as Lego are awesome but they are in those foil packs so you have to buy a ton of them at an extortionate price to collect the one you want. A fiver down so far and no Homer yet! I'm going to see if my daughter can pick the right pack as I've seen her do with other packs.

Anyway,.....

The one close to the light is well taco'd but the rest seem happy enough. The stem I cracked over doesn't appear to have been phased by the ordeal but I guess it's still early days.

Bit bigger than I thought it was going to get and has taken over some space I had planned on training my Violator Kush into. Not the end of the world though as I've got 8 more seeds for the VK and no more for the RRF autos. Probably shouldn't have planted them all but in a month or so my wee room should be way to wall buds either way :)
