TheBlaze: Genesis, Chapter 1, Verse 1

Looking awesome bro :) so much better this time around :thumb:

Grizz, had me on the floor when i saw the Lleyton comment, was exactly what i was thinking

Thanks brother. Might actually beat my previous haul of 600g. :cheesygrinsmiley:

VWell done Blaze.you definitely have you groove back.

That light combo is insane I think you may just see the 1000g mark this time. You deserve a 1g/watt harvest.

Can't wait to see the amnesia in full flower.

Thanks for the kind words bud. Don't think I will see 1kg, because I flipped them a little early. I need to get a harvest under my belt to help alleviate the pressure. It's ok though. I'm just really stoked they are healthy and that I will have some nice buds to show for it.

Oh, and welcome! Good to have a new guest around here.

Stick around for an update in the next 30min. :thumb:

UPDATE

Day 4 of 12/12

Plants are still growing roughly an inch a day. Had to space them out a bit as they were crowding each other.

Still seeing plenty of fungal action on the coco. Did plenty of reading, and it is definitely the humic and fulvic acid in the nutes. They are powerful fungal promoters, but apparently it is beneficial. Makes sense, because it is everywhere except on the plants and they are happier than pigs in shit. :cheesygrinsmiley: Will continue to keep a close eye on it though.

Next round of girls will go into organic soil this friday.

On to the pics. Didn't bother to label any of them. If you want to know which plant is which, just ask.

They all look so happy and healthy. Love the frank discussion among senior members too - enlightening for an impressionable noob like me.

Welcome Dobewan. It's good to have you here bud. Make yourself at home.

Talk about a turn around... They look fantastic and are motoring. Awesome!

Thanks my man. I'm loving the shit out of them now. LOL!

Good to see you bud. I've been extremely busy as well. Really like that Texberry CS grew out. Congrats.

Damn straight my man. :thumb:

Cool bud. How much did it cost you to bring that panel in? The costs to bring in those 2 Mars panels I won was just way too prohibitive. Would have cost me about R9000 just in delivery and customs clearance fees.

Thanks bud. I didn't realise how much the problems were depressing me until the problems were gone.

I had to google that as well. :cheesygrinsmiley:
I paid just over 8k for everything so not too much compared to the local ones

Yeah, that's not too bad at all. I paid about R8800 for one of those saga panels. Which model do you have pat?

Looking really sweet up in here Blaze.

Thanks PW! I'm still really keen to see your Dinachem progress. Ah.. that reminds me... time to plant some Strawberry Diesel. :cheertwo:

UPDATE

Day 6 of 12/12

My brother and I got plenty of work done in the room today.

Plants are on cruise control now. Haven't switched to bloom nutes yet. Still trying to maximise the stretch.

Set up the new tent. Another 8 x 4.

Decided to only add 1 of the LED lights to the flower tent for now. Want to see what happens over the next day or 2 before I add the second one.

Started the next round of girls. That round will be full organic.

Working hard brother. Industrious attitudes like that will make your space the best it can be.

If you want to reduce stretch put in more blue and less red the first few weeks of flower. Avoid phosphorus as that induces stretch. Keep morning temperatures low. And run a broomstick over the tops of the plants. This makes them think they are too high and either wind or another plant is brushing them. Makes them get more bushy instead.

If you want to increase stretch give them lots of red light. And flowering nutes with a lot of phosphorus. And keep morning temperatures higher.

Awesome info Shiggs. Thanks brother!

Will switch to bloom nutes tomorrow then. I definitely want the stretch. I like my girls with some legs on them. :cheesygrinsmiley:
