TheBlaze: Genesis, Chapter 1, Verse 1

Sounds like the plan here in SA as well. They've dropped the schedule rating from a 7 to a 5 I think. So now research can be done, and I think docs will be able to subscribe in the not too distant future.
 
So I picked up 10g of 91 Krypt and 10g of sleeskunk (sleestack x skunk#1). The plan was to do a nice review of the 91 Krypt with some nug shots. Instead, I sampled the sleeskunk last night. Wow! What a great strain. It is slightly sativa dominant, so a nice counterpoint to the heavy 91 K. It is pretty much exactly what I wanted. Powerful, yet not overpowering. You feel like you can pretty much do anything, even though you can't. LOL! It gave me some serious verbal diarrhea, and the giggles as well. Been searching for those effects for a while now. My friend says it didn't yield too well. Pity, otherwise this would have been a unicorn strain. Smells like skunk and haze, until you crack open a nug. Then you get a very serious fruity smell. Mango! Delicious.
 
Reminds me of silver haze a bit. That is high praise. Perfect strain for sitting around a bonfire with some friends, and talking shit all night long.
 
I couldn't agree more! It's how I came across the 91 Krypt. Same friend. Showed me some photos of this beautiful plant sporting massive donkey dick colas. Then I smoked some, and realised this was the real deal. I would be stupid not to include it in my lineup.

My brother from down under... thanks! Merry xmas to you and yours as well. Hope you spoil your kids rotten. Gave my little princess one of her gifts this morning. The excitement was palpable. LOL!
 
Just a small update:

- My seeds arrived in SA just over a week ago. They normally sit in customs for 2 to 3 weeks. So I should get them next week.
- The building of the room started today. I have some photos, but I can't share these as they could potentially show too much. Official size of the room is 39sqm. Nice and big! :high-five:

That's it for now. Updates should start coming a little quicker next week.
 
Awesome to find you here bud! :thanks: I'm a little embarrassed about the title of this journal. LOL! Thinking of changing it.

Hopefully soon I can post some updates with a bit of substance.

Then it's settled. The title stays. Was just worried it was a little too self-important. My thinking was that although this is a new chapter in my life, it feels like the "beginning".

Thanks bud. At full steam the space should be able to support a hefty harvest every 8 to 9 weeks. For now though, I'm aiming to have about 9 girls in flower at any one time. I should have photos soon of the equipment I'm buying.

My thinking is that it is only a matter of time when its legal in SA and I don't want to play catch up when that happens.
