Justin, I used a 6% solution but that only works for a while and then the PM comes back with a vengeance. Only thing that really worked for me was Tenazole.
As for the new laws... let's just say I've been busy.

Shot Bru, I'll have a look...got 2 to 3 weeks to go and I've caught it in the very beginning so holding thumbs. I get some of that product for the veggie girls or will copper count do the job as effectively for the veg plants?

Yeah, they shouldn't be diluting 3% peroxide. They're basically just spraying water then.

Not really by choice. They have to wait for space in the flower room, and I want to spray it down in case there is any rogue pollen left in there.
