Thanks mate.. I've had to use a fair bit of N through Cal... Plants have been in reused coir, such a bad idea (as I'd heard) but had to find out for myself...

Thanks yeah I tried just the pre flip on my current run but a whole bunch of lower growth tips snuck through and I'm too scared to stress the plant now.

Another question saw on a video a guy pinched off a fan leaf at the base of the leaf, leaving the stalk behind. He said Remo showed him that and that the plants heal faster and use less resources. You guy hear anything like that before?
 
Dont know about healing faster but there's something in those stems that help plant or plant uses, only way I try to take leaves...
 
I rip the crap off the bottom and lollipop a little anytime during flowering...
