I guess today is UpPot day, it started out as just mixing soil, worm castings and GaiaGreens AllPurpose444, and it was suppose to sit until tomorrow….

Well i ended up smoke’n some of that keif hash ball that looks just like dog poo, and next thing ya know im in the thick of it.

Theres something special that happens when i start mixing everything together, i got some jazz playing, im nicely buzzed, its a beautiful thing

I have learned well how to water, especially after an UpPot. Little at a time, soak the pot good, lotz of little waters, until they…..you know, pee a little

She got a little nervous all alone and separated from her sisters, it was ok, she’s fine now.

They all fit nicely in 2.6gal pots, lotz of food, mycorrhizae on the roots, im a disciple of Matts on his grow channel on utube….

I weighed the pots full of water, 13lbs each, water & soil…..not sure why im writing that, but ok

Did a 2nd topping of all three plants. Removed two big fan leaves per plant, they were big and now theres room for air and growth. Clipping leaves always seems counterintuitive, but they will thrive now.

They are still pretty heavy with water from 3 days ago, makes me a little nervous having water just sit, but my hope is the roots take off in the new soil…

I'm not a big fan of removing leaves.
She just has to regrow them, wasted energy IMO.
But everyone has their own way.
If you have a slow water uptake that is usually due to high rh.
But your vpd is dead on right?

Hey Bill, hope you are well, its a warm fall morning here today smoked a couple bowls of my first grow with a friend last nite, we both got very high, my wife laughed at me the whole ride home

Yeah, all my numbers are good, i transplanted 4 days ago, going from filled out 1.5 quart containers to 2.6 gallon, im headed down to see how they are doing in a bit, but my guess once they leach those nice white roots i saw into that fresh soil i’ll be fine, that water is gonna be gone…..

They look great, pots are still heavy

Day 5 after an up-pot from 3qt to 2.6gal pots. I did a very slow water and filled the whole pot, it weighed 13lbs after the watering, in 5 days the plant processed 3lbs of water each and must be reaching into the new soil.
Im not in a hurry to water again, im gonna let those root do some searching, really get em stretching into the new soil. They look very green

My lites are about 14” from the canopy, they measure 135watts/35K Lux/525par (approx). I still think they are fine under this smallish lite for now, it seems to be putting out enough lite, they look very hardy.

Ramping up the lites slightly to 155watts/37500Lux/562Par (approx)

Its a week ago i transplanted to bigger pots and did a thorough watering, the pots still have some weight to them.,they were 13lbs each and now only 9lbs so they got a ways to go before i fill em up again….

Did some tying down branches tonight, nothing crazy, couple here couple there, its been a week since the transplanting

Ok, i watered the girls, first time in a week since the transplant, they look happy and green….

Glory Days ! They are now under the big MedicGrow Fold8 ! I did some LST.

They have really been doing great so a little more room, some more air circulation and exhaust, and of course a much better lite thats gonna really send them on their way. With the new lite they will ramo up their water consumption/transpiration

We’re at 425watts/40K Lux/600par(approx)
I Setup the humidifier and fans and i’ll close up the tent and see where we end up with the VPD, im not a maniac about VPD, but i like to be in the middle of the road with it.
