The Tard Goes High Brix

Yeah bro, ive never not topped a plant so to me it looks weird having thick ass stems like that hahaha! Ill be building 2/3 new soil and mixing what I have left into it. The soil in the 3 pots will go in the yard...its seen its day lol

Thanks Major! They had a rough start but as they grew they took to the soil a lot better. I've been racking my brain trying to figure out what the deal is with your soil bro. We'll get it figured out :)

So, the Moonshine Ghost Train is officially taking off (front right), the Rare Darkness is in a strong second and the Dinachem in the back is gonna make some huge wonderful resin coated buds which im sure will be potent as F!!! They all have their own distinct smells and looks. The MGT is obviously a haze which was put in flower just over 4 weeks ago (at about 4" tall) and shes currently 50" tall with no signs of slowing. The Rare Darkness has stopped stretching and is making plenty of beautiful resin. The Dinachem has stopped stretching and is getting fatter by the minute, or so it seems lol. The Dinachem and the Rare Darkness are on their Cat drenches but the MGT isn't ready for it yet so it got some GE and brix last time. They're all doing absolutely wonderful. The Kit is a wonderful thing and everyone should be using it! I love spraying Brix cuz it just drives them crazy...in a good way of course lol

Pink is cool, it's just hard to see any detail. Garden looks good. :thumb:

I have 2 really tiny Ghost Train Haze poking out of the ground right now. Excited to see the MGT's traits too, though I hope that crazy stretch isn't one that carried.

Hey Tard! Looking awesome brother. I grew the moonshine haze and it was AWESOME! Every time I break it out its a crowd pleaser. Glad to hear they're bulking for you.

In hindsight id have topped the MGT bro. I think it would have been a real treat to have all those tops but OH well, maybe next time! Dude, it grew 7" or so in 2 days!!!

Thanks Dr! Did you journal that grow with the Moonshine Haze? Did it stretch like a vine for you too? She's making good resin now and I'm waiting to see how she'll fatten up! I'm probably the most excited about her! That Dinachem should be a nice surprise too tho :)

Hi Tard,

Kind of. A ran the end of that grow into the beginning of my kali mist grow. She definitely wad a stretcher but I typed and used LST to keep her manageable. Check post 128 and 180 for reference. That's a 2x3x7 cabinet. She was a HUGE producer. A pro could pull a lb a plant easy.

Daaaannngggg!!!! Ok, so I didnt top or LST my MGT...this time! My next grow will be a HSO Blue Dream, MGT and maybe a Lemon OG SCROG. My tent is a gorilla 4.5 x 4.5 which I plan to fill edge to edge. Stay tuned :)

In the right hands the moonshine haze would be an awesome commercial strain. I read it was moonshine man's (RDs founder) favorite strain. He loves it so much he gave it his name lol. It's def got some Indica in it. One of my favorite grows and smokes of my life. (Top 5). Hopefully your cross will lean toward the MSH.
 
Looking good Tard! Hey man I got 2 Tangie x ghost train going now (It's a collaberation between DNA Genetics (Tangie) and Rare Dankness (Ghost Train Haze 1). I was wondering about the stretch, they are just about ready to come out of the 1 gallons, I'm trying to decide whether to up pot or flower. I've topped them 5 times and have been tying them down. Very nice plants. :thumb:
