The Rooster's Multi Strain Multi Light - Indoor Outdoor Grow - Mars LED

Re: The Rooster's Multi Strain Indoor & Outdoor Farm

Genius! What did you use for stakes to hold that up there. Is that plastic or metal?

They are spikes I buy from the grow stores. Seems like a cheap metal wrapped in a plastic. They are cheap and work great. It's meant to support plants

I'm done messing with this humidity issue. Grow room is about to stay at 50-60% allll the time

My grow room is 60-65% humidity 3/4th's of the year and that I'd absolutely my favorite time of the year too... My plants never show any signs of issues from humidity and grow great. But once humidity drops things change. I know people preach low humidity is required but I say humbug proper airflow and ventilation is key and obviously you don't want 100% humidity for a week straight. I used to have people have the nerve to tell me I CANT flower in that humidity and I WOULD have mold in my buds even If I couldn't see It.... . I had already harvested perfectly smokable way before this yet dude was still so incredibly arrogant lol.

Hey rooster, I'm using the exhale c02 bags. Seems to be working good, but i don't have any meters to measure how many ppm I have. And also alot of peeps say is a waste if your venting your tent. The bags were 40$ so not a big investment and last 6 months... I looked at some buckets but they also required adding crazy amounts of sugar (10+ kg) not sure how that one works.

Thanks for the input. Yeah I have an active exhaust and intake in all my tents. They are linked together and then vents out the house

It's all about finding the right stump. You want something that's biggg and old and starting to rot. If you can sink a shovel into it then it'll be good for growing. Try to get it as big as possible and use the outer layer of the stump as sort of a sponge bucket. Even if it's hard wood it still works amazing. Never dries out. The breakdown of the rot and roots of the tree makes super soil. Plant in spring as a Dixie cup. Harvest first of October as a 6-10 ounce plant. Don't have to touch it once if you don't want to lol. It's great.
I'm gonna do this. Does it matter what kind of tree? I have oaks, pines, and apple. Hate to waste effort and goods. I know live oak trees can kill things that try to grow to close to them. If you have an answer great and thanks. If not then I'll find out the hard way later this year.
Looking good by the way. .

I use whatever stump I can find. I can never tell what it was by the time it's ready for a plant. As long as it's breaking down I think you'll be fine buddy!
