Glasses look like they do a good job. I'm going to be trying my pair tonight for the first time I'm excited haha... the plants look great should be good yielders.

That's one hell of a defol sure it'll turn out great they'll fill it back up in no time. My girls are actually starting to look healthy again and I plan on flipping soon myself so I was going to do another defol today and probably snap some branches while I'm at it.

Haha make sure you water an hour before training and your branches will be nice and flexible.

And I'm not a fan of defoliating. I did it during flower last run because of mites. This plant still has a few mites kicking around but they're almost wiped out for good. Especially now since the heavy defoliation. But I had to slow this plant down a little bit. Still have a couple weeks before flip. She's going To get another 10 days under the t5 to recover and then she will get about a week of some real power under the led before flipping. Hopefully she will give me enough room to continue training before I have to let her go verticle. The defoliation makes me hopefully lol pre defoliation I was thinking I was screwed lol

Yeah I have no idea if my mites will come back this grow or not.... so far so good but I don't want to take chances and I wanted everything thinned out I don't want any overlapping. I was being serious about the snapping branches lol I plan on doing some HST. My branches are still pretty flexible so it's easy to gently break the stems and have them sit at an angle.

Yeah my last grows mid flower defol due to the mites really hurt my yields lol... Wish I would of been in veg but at least I had made it to harvest with minor problems.

Great advice and great explanation. I have to say that is one of the things about your journal Roost. Not only are the plants amazing but you explain the logic behind each move you make. :thanks:
