The Rooster's Multi Strain Multi Light - Indoor Outdoor Grow - Mars LED

It looks like it has 2 weeks left but the suggested times say 75-90 days. And always go for the big number though. And yea mites are back full force on j this auto.... so this summer when the new room is built we will be kicking soil from our indoor grow and going hydro.

Have you ever thought about shooting everywhere in the house for the mites? I know there is some product out there that you can shoot everywhere in the house and when it dry out its not harmful for human and animals and it even kills the eggs and everything with it... I worked in construction and renovation for 7 years and I have had to do this in old houses, it's a "big" job but after that your free from them

Would love to hear more if you can find a brand name left out. And I’ll be sure to take plenty of pictures guys lol. I’m going to go live on insta at 9. I just like smoking and talking to my friends. Any of you that have it... I’d be thrilled to chat with ya for a little bit. I miss you all. I tried uploading pics a minute ago but gave up. I just cut clones from the next batch and I lollipopped all the girls for the next run. About 10-13 days til flip. They are getting really big. Quantum boards veg wayyyy faster than t5. Lol.

Also note I’ll be vegging the new hydro plants under t5 and doing vigorous topping to try and contain them pre flip. I’m also going to do mini scrogs on all of them in veg. And then just let them go verticle when I flip. Pretty sure I’ll stack on some nice colas. It’s going to be a few months after the grow is done but eventually I’ll be buying some cobs to go in there with the quantum boards. I’ll finally be able to run more lights with the new breaker. So yeah I’m moving up in the world I guess. Lol or I’m in over my head. We’ll see!

Hey Rooster, I'm back. Had to stew for awhile about the clown redo of the website and the still-present bugs. But I missed my friends...I have so few it was too much. :)

Dutch buckets have worked perfectly for me since I built my grow lab, Rooster. Consider their many advantages. I like hydro systems where the water always follows a one-way path, and gravity-driven. You know I can leave my setup for up to 10 days depending on where we are in the grow. Compared to other systems that need a lot more babysitting it's a no-brainer. Plus almost no system-critical fail points, as opposed to fancier setups where any of a number of parts could fail and flood the room or worse.

Regarding mites
...there is NO WAY to eradicate mites mid-grow. I will wager my soul it has NEVER been done. I am going on three years in my little grow room...seven grows and zero mites, ever. That is because I hospital-sanitized that room from the beginning and have never brought one in. The only way my friend. So when you redo the room, go freaking postal then the problem will never occur again unless:

-You use anything from the outdoors...especially soil
-You use clones instead of seeds
-You bring one in

One more thing...don't know if you have a pet but I see folks who think its a good idea to let their dog or cat around their plants and I just shake my empty head. That's actually the fatal mistake I made once. Brother, I once long ago had sixty six-foot plants in two rooms and got mites. To me, that was worse than death and I've been a paranoid asshole about mites ever since.

Just a couple thoughts with my coffee and a bowl of Blueberry (not the fruit ) this morning... I am excited to see what you design next and how you build it.

Peace, Hyena

Outstanding post @HYENA. Totally agree...with the exception of eradicating mites. Fire seems to be the only way to purge them. That and a special kabookee dance, naked and un-afraid, while nuking them. It’s best if you can send them directly back to hell. :Namaste:

PS. Glad you’re back!

I’m not “on instagram” lol I’ve been “on instagram” since this site got a revamp because it takes too long for me to load. Won’t worry I haven’t went anywhere I’m just confined to my corner of the site during my hours I usually surf it.
I didn’t forget ya jack or shed or anybody. I can’t wait for a new app so I can buzz around 420 again like I used to.

Gramps, I am going to accept your assertion that the sight of you naked will cause instant death to insects and perhaps other life forms. My eyes are closed, mate. ;-)

Peace, Hyena

Ha! You don’t know what you’re missing. My naked kabookee dance is a sight to behold... it’s all in the jumping and flopping.

Hey Rooster good to see you're here! Hang in there it's only going to get better.

Mites hitch a ride... they are everywhere. Insects outnumber plants and animals by a fair amount. The eggs are 1/100th the size of a pin head. Grow healthy plants that can fend them off.
I use an IPM regimen and still get them every once in a while. Hell those little bastards can ride in on the wind... on your feet in your hair &/or feathers.

Healthy plants is key!

Rooster, hope your stuff is popping since I haven't seen pics in awhile...

Update...?

Peace, Hyena
