I've been getting some questions regarding the next Red Cup Challenge. A couple of people have asked about seeds and I'm cool with that too. If you're interested in being part of the next go round please quote this post and cast your vote for seeds or clones.
We are looking at August 17th (if my math is correct) for the official 8th week of flower for this first go round.

I vote seeds, I just have a few 1 week old, colloidal Critical Jack & Northern lights or White Rhino. Hopefully they matured enough. Clones would work also.

I will try my meager skills against such pro's like ya'll. Although my veg room is on a 24hr on cycle for the next 80-90 days so seed and Auto's got to be ok. Or i do have a Photo seedling in its about 2" tall i can run.
I aint gonna flip a shit if i cant go this run so no biggie. Gauge=Sunday Morning

Run an auto if you want. Easier with your grow, still part of the fun.
I'm thinking photo's for this time, maybe we'll do an auto run after this one. That would pretty much cover all three current farming methods with the exception of medium; Clones, photo seeds, Auto seeds.
BTW, speaking of mediums, I think we should keep it to soil, just to be a bit more fair about things.

I'm for seeds, always got space for a solo cup. Gonna start in a root riot cube and a cup of perlite.

somewhere about 6 weeks should be good, 8 weeks could be a big struggle towards the end.

Alright everybody I think we are all set for the next run, Seeds in Soil this time. Here's the general guidelines.
1. You must use an 18 oz container.
2. You must use soil.
3. You may have as many drainage holes in your cup as you like.
4. The roots must stay contained in the cup.
5. All seeds must be started in germination no earlier than August 23rd.
6. There will be a 9 day germination with the 6 week veg starting September 1st.
7. We will flip to flower on October 13th. Yes that's a Friday!
7. You may have more than one entry but no combo yields, kinda obvious...
The more the merrier on this so tell a friend!
