The Perpetual Healing Garden - SweetSue's Joyful Return

I let them cool and there was a bunch of water from the buds did I let it set to long??

Smoke,

I fear you read a post of mine. I tried to do what you are attempting. If you are still working with it, turn your oven down to about 200 and place what you have on paper plates or whatever back in it for a few minutes then turn off the oven and leave it until cool.

When I tried the bag with wet material I had to stand the bag up and role the sides down several times during about a three hour dry/decarb for about ten minutes to let the water to disipate. I was not happy with it, dark brown shriveled buds. It looked a lot like a lot of Mexican product that was cumming up from Mexico until a few years ago. It did have a kick though.

If you decide to give another try, start with a 220 or so oven for about 15 minutes. Then turn it down to about 190 until they shrink down some and the outside of the buds feel dry.

If you are going to smoke it, turn off the oven and let it cool. If you want to make brownies then, place it an oven bag and turn your oven up to 230 for around an hour and a half. keep an eye on moisture.

My apologies for not making a followup post. It was on a list of things to do.

I never know

Have a safe trip and a wild week....all of you who are traveling to paradise.

Thank you Jim. :hugs:  I'm sitting at the gate waiting for the boarding call, which won't be for another hour. I've already had two brownies, one at 4:30 and the second just as I got to the airport at 6:15. Buzzing right along here, and I do mean buzzing. :laughtwo: There's a sweet buzzing sensation just beneath the skin, and the mind is incredibly alert.

Wicked cold outside the windows. Mid 70s in Jamaica. :slide: Ahhhh....... Sweet. Life is sweet.

Joy my friends. Let your every minute reflect it. Watch your life light up, and touch all the lives around you.

Thank you Canyon, for the clarification. :kisstwo:

Good morning from beautiful Jamaica. :slide:

Yes I got here, and full of surprises. Somehow, I booked into a completely different resort than everyone else. We're all on the same strip but a distance away. Turns out, I'm in this resort all on my own. :laughtwo: Than's ok with me, because it's apparently the nicest one of the group, so you'll get no complaints from me.

I'm off to breakfast.

Hello Sue! On vacation huh, Nice!!!!!!
This last batch of Canna butter kinda stuck to the glass pan after chill way more than any others. Do you know what makes the Canna butter not stick? I like the big chunks better than scraping it. Bob Marley land! So lucky Sue!

I was just breezing thru n seen you were there in one of the corners of paradise. Enjoying yourself as well as what those lands have to offer will be a beautiful experience.

Simmer the butterand trim in some water. Then refrigerate the whole pan over night. In the morning, lift the canna butter off the water and cut into chunks. Easy Peasy

Working from a strictly gut reaction, I'd say that pain from the lung disease is due to the aggressive nature of the cannabinoids, creating more toxins to be washed out than the system is typically called on to do.

Just a theory. Glad I am to hear of the great medicinal results you're seeing. You can enhance those results by switching to an infused coconut or olive oil and add some liquid sunflower lecithin. An added benefit is the faster onset of relief.
Does that mean that it's a pin in his lungs because the cannabinoids are actually helping his lungs?

I ask because my lungs constantly hurt and smoking sometimes hurts but I don't want to stop mj I do however need to stop cigarettes I smoke way to much for to long

anything that occurs in nature cannot be unnatural!

Have fun in Jamaica, Sue!

I used to go to Little Feat Fan Camp every year, but have missed the last two years.

I have been to Runaway Bay a couple times, Montego Bay and to Negril about 5 times. I always asked for the best "product" from my fav bartender and was never let down. Don't mess with that stuff at the "rest stop" between the airport and resort. That is just your driver getting his friends business and you'll never see those people again. On the resort they will bend over backwards to make you happy. If only Americans could be so happy in thier hospitality jobs.

Irie Ganja!
