Speaking of bag seeds, I was looking through Dale's things seeking batteries for the furnace thermostat and found these.

He only saved seeds he deemed from interesting smoke, so I have every expectation that in here is something special. You can bet your life there are a few males too.

During a conversation at Graytail's last night I've decided that my 8 grams of cannabis per pan of brownies may be an excessive dose, so today I'm starting with a half dose, which comes out to be about a half gram. I'll wait an hour and evaluate.

There's some fun stuff from yesterday Llama. B A R was up late and Graytail updated so it got interesting. Don't even try, just stay current. I can't keep up sometimes and I live here. LOL! I have great admiration for people who try to keep up with us. I can't believe we're at 309 pages and we're just getting the real party started.

I like the sound of my own voice. I get away with it because so many of you do also, and I love you for it because, in case you didn't catch it - I like to talk. Dale's not here to defend himself. Let's blame it on his being a man of fewer-than-few words and forcing me to carry the conversation. You guys let that loose.

Aren't we having fun though? Isn't that, and loving what it's all about. There I go again, crying over the mere idea of the power of love. So humbling.

I need breakfast. And coffee. The brownie's kicking ass at 0.5 grams. I set the timer for an hour. Damn salt on the glasses is getting old.

Today I'm making body-sculpting the priority, but before I get lost there, I had some news about the Afghanis.

As you recall, I noted the apparent female traits in calyx development. It seems that with females the calyxes develop in a nice neat manner, tucked between their fans and the safety of the protective stalk or branch. Males grow willy-nilly and off to the side. I saved this from a post by Cannafan a while back. Look how valuable that became, eh? thanks Canna.

6-8 weeks from seed. I've never had one take longer than that to show pistils.

I'm not certain who made this next comment, but it's priceless and I couldn't take it out. Can you imagine how disappointed it would be for someone walking up to me, or, for the younger set, SoilGirl, and expecting this comment to generate anything more than general interest in your grow? .

Walk to to a girl and say, "I grow weed"; she will take her top off instantly. It's kind of like being in a rock band, being a motorcycle racer, being good with a bow staff, chicks dig it.

"I grow weed." (Awkward pause while she searches for a delicate way to cut him off at his knees. )

The timer went off just as I was thinking

"Hmmmm.... That brownie is still holding pretty well."

Reset for another hour. The dosage was 0.5 grams. It's looking like you guys were right and I've been over medicating. Not a bad thing necessarily, given my circumstances, but getting the meds to work at a lower level means more cure time for my harvests. No need to be wasteful now.

Damned Laws Of Physics getting in the way of sharing glimmergrass. You'll have to grow scads yourself and make your own. Oh wait! You're already doing that. Do yourself a favor and make some. Chocolate is brain food for women. I'm still trying to lock down the dosage. I think mine's going to be on the high side anyway.

Exactly! Break that cycle of lack, or the sense of lack. Better meds mean even lower doses.

At the last alarm I took the second half of the slice. It's been another 90 minutes since and I'm cruising along nicely toasted. I may end up at about a third less, if I go to bed at some reasonable time, but it's looking like on my normal dose given my current schedule might just be the 2 grams a day. The goal becomes to properly cure as much of the harvests as possible, therefore increasing potency. I'm not willing to cut back on the buzz.
