The Girl Who Drank The Moon

Got a handle on the qb's/leds now. They do require... really cal mag all the way through. A bit in veg and heavier during flower. My chem (Derb) plant was my problem child this grow. Diidn;t go high enough on the cal/mag mid bloom. But she didn't suffer terribly. Came in hard even without me fussing with her too much.(Just topped once). Pot plants like to be abused seems like.

My flowering plants have all been living at 67 and lower

Interesting Shed. I wonder if the temp claims are real or if it is more internet bullshit. I have noticed that my plants at least grow faster in veg when the temps are warmer. But then everything goes to hell as soon as I hit flower. LOL

You know, I'm probably jinxing myself but I haven't added any Calcium so far. I have been hesitant to add anything with how sensitive my plants are.

Soil is too tricky for me til i got my off the grid farm going?

Yes it is. I still haven't made my mind up if I'm going back to DWC yet.

Amazing info... time to ditch the plans for Poseidon's return then....

I wouldn't go that far Crazy LOL The internet is full of bullshit. It will take at least 3 more grows to confirm for sure if the temp claims are true. LOL

No worries man, I got a tree room apartment on my own now.

In that case, I'm coming too.

Got this from Norcaliwood:

Thank you for the link Shed. I love reading stuff like this. I guess I'm a nerd.

The left side driver finally went out.
February 16, 2019

But thanks to Meanwell and their 7 year warranty, I am having that puppy replaced as we speak. While I''m waiting, were using a temporary driver-- the 1050B. Not quite as bright, but it is certainly enough in veg.
Thank you @Kismet for reminding me about calcium and magnesium. The plants are getting close to flower so I gave them a magnesium foliar spray. I will start adding liquid calcium with the next watering. I also added a new red spectrum period before lights out to get ready for the show. So the schedule is now 1 hour of blue spectrum, followed by 16 hours full, and ending with 1 hour of red before lights out.

The white residue on the leaves is from the foliar spray.
