Emerald City update, The Wizard has been bizeee! I started painting the house in January and got through most of it, two out of three bathrooms painted, all the doors and trim. I changed out the door handles and hinges, not to mention plaining the doors as well. Here's a note, "If you paint door edges use spray paint if possible." I got into some wood working projects lately too, making knife handles, and soon I'll be making some custom cutting boards for the kitchen. This is all leading to the wife getting a nice dinette table for the kitchen nook (goddamn I sound old!).
Basically, I've been livin my life and enjoying my weed, too bad this where we gotta hang out.
On to the pictures, first up a few shots of the grow tents.
Next up, one of those Haze Extreme crosses I did, unfortunately the mother plant I used had some very obvious gene flaws in her genotype. That being said, dad's genetics picked up a good amount of the slack and these 3 shorty's are showin some beautiful shape and consistency. Stoked that I'll being enjoying some of own science experiment!!!
I gotta a White Widow also showin some very nice growth and consistency. She's a shorty too!
I've got Candyland and 818 in flower but I've posted so many pictures of those at this point... Here's some pics of ladies in waiting. Maui Waui, Dream Lotus, and 818 x Haze Extreme (did that one in the lab). I'm going to attempt to post them in the order i just listed.
I've got some others in veg right now, but didn't get a chance to shoot those ones.
Now for Bertha, I'm disappointed and excited at the same time. I did what a good grower does and took some clones before I put her into flower. I put her into flower bout 5 days ago, usually don't take too long for the real mature plants to show sex and I've been inspecting every day. I'm pretty sure Bertha is Bubba. I put the plant outside with my newly planted Plumeria tree. I've got three clones of the plant, and let me tell you, what a genetic specimen it will be. Between the one I put outside and the three clones, I'm confident I'll be able to use that combo to get some real nice crosses. With what I have in the veg tent I will be able to do some very unique crosses and just bastardize the shit out of the gene pools.
And finally a self portrait, more of silhouette I suppose. Hey guess what??? It's a 103 outside, I sure wish it were cooler here!
There's no place like home...
