How did I not get here sooner? Not only have I just decided on what I'm having for supper, I think I've just planned dessert.

I'm making that Mac & cheese for dinner tomorrow (sadly, without cannabis). I found the parmesan. WooHoo!

Made cookies few weeks ago. I had no caster sugar so replaced with icing, about 1/2-3/4 of the amount. They were more like a short bread biscuit than a cookie, better imho.
anybody still making butter in pot on stove or ya all got m- butter machines? I made mine in five hours. Hard boil for about hour and half, top up with water then a steady boil next few, topping up water as required.Much better taste & colour than the 10-14 hour simmer I'd always done..
 
I haven't tried it on a stove before Grizz, but it's good to know a method to do that if needed.
Before I got my MB2 I was using mini crockpots. I have a unit that has 3 crocks in it, all separately controlled, so I could make 3 different strengths of butter.

I am counting the days to my butter and oil making again.......Bud up already you awesome plants!!!
 
Hello Cannafan! You are a lovely lady for sure. Always have a nice thing to say. Made my day many times. :Love:

I make my butter on a NewWave induction cook top. I boil the ounce and a half of sugar leaves in 2.5 quarts of water and one pound of butter and two tablespoons of Sunflower Lecithin. I boil at 215 degrees Fahrenheit for 2.5 hours and the final 30 minutes I raise the temp to 230 degrees F. I make one or two pieces of toast every morning. Keeps me toasted til supper. I have made Canna's single cookie recipe with great success using my butter.

The method I use works well and the potency is high, I don't know if it is the potency of my cannabis or the amount I use. Sometimes I add about a quarter ounce of buds. I have made my butter with fresh frozen sugar leaf and buds. It works just as well. No one else has tried my butter, so you will have to take my word, it is good. I do prefer it to smoking.

I was in the mood for some oven hickory flavored chicken & decided to make 2 batches; one for the girls and one for me. For mines I decided to try it with cannabis branches instead of wood chips.

It came out just like oven baked hickory flavored chicken when you use the wood chips but instead of tasting hickory it taste marijuanary. Not like when you smoke weed but that aroma you smell when you walk into your grow area & I love that smell!
