right now, I’ve been so focussed on my kids, and work, and my wife... I tend to forget to take care of my self. I really should start, but I’m worried everything else will go to the back burner and be worst then when I started... I do feel like I’ve been depressed lately. Depression is real, and its a hard gutter to get your self out of!!

I always take at least a week if not two off in August and go camping. This year with covid, me taking 6 weeks off, then another week when my daughter was born, I didn’t take any time off this year. Maybe next year.
