Those rapid rooters?

Just curious to know more about them if are I hit jiffy pellets to try to start in this time of autos shoot taps any advice you seem to have done this before lol

Blueberry OG and DJ's Gold have already had a trim to deliberately slow them down and to encourage a more branchy plant structure. They now have 2-3 weeks to recover which they will do fine :)

Wonder how or if there are some strains that you can cut or remove and they explode back with even more aggressive growth hmm

I'm about to take cuttings from the Chem so we'll find out soon enough :slide:
Best of luck buddy how you going about cloning which way ?

Yep, there rapid rooters. They're pretty similar to jiffys but there's less work involved with them. You don't need to soak them but I like to put them into warm water and then squeeze out most of it before i put the seed in. Then you tare a little bit off the bottom of the plug and fill the hole. Then it's up to you. I put mine into a propagator until I see the tap roof come out the bottom then I put them into their final home. The reason I use the propagator is because the plug won't dry up for about 1-2 weeks so i don't have to worry about it drying up while I'm at work lol. There not that expensive either. They're almost fool proof but I've lost a few seeds because they were too wet/dry lol :)

Well we are about to find out because I've just done this to 10 different strains! All are indica or indica hybrids and they are all being grown in a 120 x 60 grow space. It's going to get crowded! :)

Ok ok in these pics I have a mother plant that i kept around and took clones from and 1 clone from the mother plant both are blue berry plants from canuck seed bank. The mother is the 1 with multiple tops looks like a bush. Three clone was untouched . Mother plant 6weeks into flower this Sunday . Clone is 4weeks into 12-12 this Sunday:rollit::passitleft::cough:

Day 11. Turned up the light to about 50 percent. Ate a 200 mg weed freezie. Gave them a good soaking past runoff now that they are getting a bit bigger. Bambi and Bianca both have tiny roots coming through the drainage holes. #2 remains unnamed as she is hovering at the rim but looks nice, perhaps even a little perkier than her sisters. We will see.
Starting to see tiny signs of branching and they are not growing very tall at all so we may have some bushes here. Feeling pretty good I think that weed freezie is kicking in. Maybe I'll get inspired to dream up a new scrog net mechanism that's way cooler than my current one.

Healthy root system!
They look pretty decent for the age I think. Strangely the two bigger ones have been pretty droopy the last day and half, I may have given them a little too much water too soon. The runt, who I guess we will call Broomhilda, however was watered the same and is really perky. Weird. One of them seems to be coming back the last few hours now that it's got more breathing room.
