heres whats going on in the boys/ breeding room, just 1 lone tt that started to hermy and i blasted her with 50 lbs of Himalaya blue diesel auto pollen! she is now packed with seed and about ready for the chop

and heres the lil cardboard box with 4 blueberry gum clones and 2 purple#1 freaks one spiffy nearly killed and im thinking about re-vegging her but im also thinking of a honorable funeral

ok so im trying to decide if its chop time for the cream caramel auto, i am seeing some amber like 3-5% but it just keeps swelling every day i want some serious night time insomnia put your ass to bed med !! thats the indication from the breeder , they claim 5 weeks "flower" im at about 7.5 they also claim 8 weeks from seed i germed on 2/28
it starting to yellow a bit on the lower leaves, and the smells coming off it are intense thank goodness i have a scrubber!! it sweet syrupy danke musty and divine smelling!! heres some pics from today let me know what ya think guys

PS-autos are like 12/12 from seed kinda when it comes to calendar. They still veg no matter what you do.

~jamthe3~ Thanks for the input, im pretty well read up on what autos are i been reading on them for a while, i feed organics right now so theres no need to flush, and i grow in coco so even when i use regular nutes a 3 day flush is plenty, coco does not hold onto the nutes like soil, if fact they start looking hungry after 2 days of nothing but water, i dont push nutes like alot of growers do, during the heaviest stage i barely hit 1000 ppm , i have pushed em really hard in the past what i have learned for my style of growing,it actually stunded and slowed them a bit,it seems like its just to much input for some strains to process, if i ease way back on the juice more buds crank loose! i did a whole plants grow one time with nothing but worm castings and a basic potting soil, and it did n very nearly as good as the others that were nuted'd to the max, i think we put a little to much emphasis on nutes dont get me wrong good nutes make a huge impact on them but i think light,air,and love do to! j~jandre~ imjust playing with a great new program i found for my tablet as you may have guessed i have a taste for production value! just wait till i end this journal and start the next i plan to do videos with titles graphics,voice and original music over dubing and the whole gambit! hmm maybe even special effects!? explosion's anyone? lol I wanted to be a special effects guy for movies for a long time, but getting disabled and lack of $ for schooling kinda put the damper on that lo shes leaning cuz she loves to kick back and "tan" at the beach or its for even light penetration i cant decide which !lol ~gthaenigma~ thanks so much for the reps! bachatcha! well gang im loving my grow atm things are goingvery smoothly (knock on wood) im building my new cloner/mini hydro unit today wish me luck eeven if idont need it i want it lol ttfn:high-five::thumb::peace:

Wasn't trying to imply anything...just giving an asked for opinion as to how long was all; sorry if I accidentally offended. I based the two weeks on how green the leaves still are and your saying you wanted a narcotic effect was all. Wasn't saying "flush;" only to water without nutes so she lived off what's stored inside her...helps w/ the chloraphyll in drying-curring. I grow in Coco also and actually am not a real big believer in flushing except when I "ef" up, lol. The breeder's description on that strain actually gives two opposing time tables if you notice-kind of bizarre. I think they leave out the time from germ to sprout & the 2 weeks (give or take) "seedling" time on that estimate of 8 weeks myself and was simply referencing it to 12/12 from seed really not immediately starting "bloom" either. I was annoyed/paranoid/dissappointed my first time in soil 12/12 from seed by how "long" it SEEMED to take versus what I was expecting, lol. As far as the autos, they all seem to take 2 weeks longer for me than what's advertised no matter what the strain...but, boy are they easier (ie; low maintenance w/lighting) to grow.

thanks for the input guys, i try to make it fun and interesting, and i love playing with my toys! JAM you dod not offend me at all, my response was merely me babbeling on like i do lol i tend to do that especially if immedicated almost a typed version of thinking aloud, , i respect and welcome your feedback, im just a dum shit trying to learn ! mty opinions are likely to change over time, like deciding to clone in different ways than i have been, ,i once thought i would never do it any other way than i do, and i would only grow in soil, yet i have constructed 4 new dwc "bubble buckets", and love coco for everything, im at a loss for what i want to do next, style wise, i have the means to do several different ways, odds are thats how the next grow will be a mix of methods, i wanna see what a 5 gallon bucket can do, hmmm any body do rthose or know of a 5 gallon bubble bucket grow?? I could check out?, GATOR!! yup im thinking like lil 3-5 min rock video type thingys i have to expeiment with my gear to see how much fun vs hassle it will be,, i think im gonna let the caramel go another week for sure, but knowing me i could end up running in there and taking her out any moment :rofl:

i know lol i seem to get to many iron in the fire, freak out and shrink it down then gradually it expands again,,i have a ton of indoor houseplants and garden plants waiting to go outside, plans galore! so its far more than my tiny cannabis grow , i have been on a mission for years to learn how to be as self sustaining as possible, so i have tons of "hobbies" and projects, and a physically limiting disability to cope with. thank goodness im fairly driven!

~jam~ that skooterklown stuff is entertaining and informative, the other one im re reading i read some of it last year, good also, im that much closer to doing a dwc lol! i already built the 10 gallon tote into a cloner/10 site bubble bucket

Problem for every bureaucrat is a free independant person. How's your cistern project moving? Are you allowed to keep a few foul on your property? Can you share harvest bounty and an egg with your neighbors, when you have it? Careful about washing greens after you cut them from your garden, that's processing.

Your move doode, to hydro got me thinking. I buy coco coir, hydrate it, fill pots, rinse coco repeatedly, transplant into, fertigate, count flying gnats, then gather & dispose after one use. All bullshit, because water & mineral salts is all cannabis needs. Just support the plants over water+, with roots dangling in. Hydroton works great but what then, wash it? I'm not even freed from total water managment, runoff must be contained.
Worth the hassel for longer term plants like moms, but closet sog croppers?

well it might be worth figuring out, im gonna try it and see if its for me,,hydroton is easily the most economical medium, i imagine you could let it dry out after a run and remove roots easily, i have seen a lifetime supply(50L) for as little as 25 bones

so i swapped out my clones that were in peat pods, for the new dome and rockwool cubes i noticed 1 showing a few roots, the other 3 have nubs, i re gel'd them with the new gel, and decided to pop the feminized chemdog seed i have from GHSC and 2 of the cross i made that im calling "k-roc" ( royal purple kush dadX purple maroc mom) improperly named because as i understand it the mother is supposed to be represented first in the new name,but oh well i like the name pics in a min
