THC Bomb - DWC - LED

You are looking way better than my first run with dwc. Don't go by the day you flipped to start your week 1. When you see actual flowers, that's day 1(I could be wrong on this, but my plants finish when they are suppose to when I use that method). Your ppm range is great. During veg, I stay in the 500-600 range. I have found that high ppm(1200+) only gives me problems. Flower I go as high as 1000. I started a bloom booster 2 grows ago. I use GH koolbloom, but I will try something else next grow. Bloom booster are usually used in weeks 2-5 of flower. I started Advanced nutrients Overdrive 2 grows ago. It is used week 6-7 and it seems the next day after I change water, my buds look bigger, like magic. I've been told that organic nutes and dwc just don't mix. I tried nectar for the gods(organic) 2 weeks ago, and I changed the water the next day, because of the gunkiness. I would save it for a soil plant or veggies and get something else. If heat is an issue, then get a water chiller. I down down after 2 years and spent the money on one. Wish I had done that sooner. They aren't cheap tho...

I can't afford a water chiller, btw next run will be in smart pots with coco+perlite exactly beacuse of the reservoir temp. I will head back to DWC during winter.
Problem with nutes is that here where I am GH lacks of a lot of products and I am stubborn to stick with its products.
This should be week 5 since flowers have been spotted, 7 weeks of 12/12, hope buds will fatten

Edit: i am using FloraDuo Bloom that is 1-5-3, Overdrive is 1-5-4, are they similar?
 
Problem!
Rh inside my tent is really high, around 60-65%, so I installed a Vents TT 125 as extractor. I tried both min (240m3/h) and max(320) speed but RH doesn't change. What can I do?

Where is your extracted air going?
Make sure you vent the air not only out of your tent but also out of the room your tent is in.

Edit: forgot you're dwc. I don't know about that. How do you remove humidy in a room filled with buckets of water?

Lol supposed that is the problem, no way to vent outside that room. I will have to try with a small dehumidifier inside the tent so...

Dehumidifier will raise your temps, so watch out for that. If you can vent outside a window that should be good enough.

LOL this is exactly the reason I didn't go DWC. There are too many variables. But once you get it dialed in, it appears the best way to grow indoors.

This is the one I am looking at Amazon: Excelvan Portable 5ml Ultra-mini Dehumidifier Air Dryer for 2 Square Meters Area

Point is I will have same issues growing with soil or hydro...

Dehumidifier looks good.

Soil/Coco would be better suited for humid rooms than a bucket of water(dwc). Just sayin' :)

Next run will be in coco+perlite, 3 AF. I mean, there will be less water around without dwc but the room climate will be the same.
I hate to waste money and I don't want to buy a small and cheap dehumidifier that can not even reach 40% but loosing everything due to bud rot or harvesting poor quality buds will be a bigger waste now. Probably I will give it a try so...

Sorry about all the back and forth, but I was in the same boat last week regarding humidity. It's in my journal. I was going to buy a dehumidifier. I was going to diy.
but venting outside solved all my humidity issues! I really hope you can find a way to do this.

Let's keep them healthy so I can get a smoke report from you before I harvest my THC Bomb. ;)

I am unlucky my only way outside is far far away from my tent...
I will try different configuration asap

Buds're still "small", it is w6 and if this is a 10w strain (as I think) I should wait 1week then start Ripen for 15 days and 15d more for flushing, 10w/10w.
If it takes less than 10w I am a bit worried for buds dimension
 
I took my dehumidifier from the basemen to the room where the tent is. RH dropped to 50% and I think it can go down to 40% but the temp inside the tent goes up to near 85f :/

I am planning to use GH Ripen this week, then flush with FloraKleen for 10/14 days. I aim to get only a few amber, dont want a couch lock effect

3 weeks to harvest?

but you look pretty close to where you want to be already(no couchlock effect)
I would start the Ripen now for 5-7 days and then flush for week.

Hey man, how are you?
Yep this is what I want to do but a grower discouraged me on using Ripen... I read lot of different feedbacks on this product and I don't know what to do...
