With a SCROG screen the idea is to level the canopy and to give the same potential to each top with its own growing space.

I've got the basic idea, then. Below is the fencing I plan to attach to the top of some tomato cages to make porta-scrogs. The 2"x3" holes should work well enough for scrog screen, yes?

Also, everybody: I need a clip-fan that's built to last. Is there a such thing as an industrial, yet (somewhat) lightweight clip-fan with steel parts?

I've noticed some leeriness from 420magazine members regarding THCbomb.
From nine seeds I achieved four seedlings, with one being the obvious choice for mother. She's a healthy seedling; she and her three smaller friends drank 2 L in just under a week.
I have high hopes.

The strongest and fastest growing seedling is now the mother. The other three are rabbit food, or potentially a desperate scramble to salvage a plan gone wrong.
The mother has her own 3'x3' tent, under four 2' T5 HO 6500°K florescent lamps, inside a 10" net pot lid on a 5 gallon bucket with an air stone.
She was fed 1mL per liter of "pH Perfect Sensi Grow" (half strength).
The coming clones will root in the clone tent, like before. (An airstone has been added to the aeroponic cloner.)
How many days will the mother have to grow until six to eight clones can be taken from her?

I've been making porta-scrogs. Any suggestions on how tall to make them? Right now they stand 42" from ground, or 28" from top of grow bucket. Also, would more than one level of screen be advantageous?
The 5'x5' is a little crowded for six plants, with each only having just over 4sq'.
