Testing The ViparSpectra XS1000 With VetSmoke85

Was pulling some leaves off WW2 and we have a problem. A couple of buds with mold just starting. I've pulled out all offending buds and I'll be chopping the rest now. Fingers crossed I caught it early enough.

Every growers worst nightmare mate. Sorry to hear that, hopefully it's only a small amount of bud and the majority can be salvaged.

Looks like it. I just pulled out 4 or 5 buds from one area of the plant and the rest looks to be okay. Just did a very quick chop and trim. I'll grab some pics of it once I can get out to the garage and hang it.
 
Pretty rough trim but she's hanging now. WW2 has come in at 231g wet. The biggest yielding one of this run from a 2 litre pot in soil. Typical.:laugh:

Didn't lose too much either. Just got to keep an eye on the stuff drying.

Very nice buds. Looks like you caught it quickly. Congrats on the harvest.
 
Couple of pics from this morning.

Pineapple Express is 8 weeks old now. Looking a little ragged but still filling in and frosting up.

Blueberry is 7 weeks old. Looking a bit yellow but will get through it I'm sure.

WW1 is 13 weeks old now. I'm planning on chopping her down tonight.

Getting there. Really can't wait to start smoking all of them. My jars are running low so it's good timing.

Me too. Was good to find that telltale sign in the flesh. Small fan leaves that were very dead and shrivelled but not dry. That's where I found the mold.
 
White Widow 1 is down. 252g wet. Nice and sticky.

I also chopped the tiny Tangerine Dream but she was full of mold. I thought that might happen as she was so all and compact. Rescued a little bit that I've chucked in the fridge to dry. No great loss.

Only the hempies left now.
 
Always happy to get some harvests in but the tent looks less fun now.

Vet your tent looks epic with those flowers! I always love to follow sponsored grows. It is always interesting and awesome. I always think how lucky people are to do a sponsored grow because of the awesome equipmet they will be receiving. But again its people with quite some grow experience under their belts and it is so awesome to see how the products perform. Gives one a lot of insight on those specific products.

We are very lucky to have great sponsors here that are willing to provide us with equipment and nutrients. I wouldn't call myself an experienced grower. Everything I've learnt has been from here and I still have so much more to learn. I'm glad you've enjoyed looking in. I think that Pineapple Express will look really tasty in a couple more weeks.
 
Almost forgot, I found a couple of nanners deep inside WW1 when I was harvesting her yesterday. Not overly surprised after going for 13 weeks.
 
Wet weights for this grow so far.

Tangerine Dream = 130g
Pineapple Gum = 170g
White Widow 2 = 230g
White Widow 1 = 252g

Hopefully get some dry weights soon. I think a total estimate will be in the 6-7oz range. More than enough to keep us going and some nice variety. The PE and Blueberry should give us a final total of 9-10oz.

I keep changing my mind over what to do on the next grow. I do really want to do more hempy grows but at the same time I'm aware it will be a little more time consuming for me. Time is a precious commodity I have little of right now so will possibly change the plan for the next grow into 4 X 3 gallon soil pots fed with Geo Flora. But I'll likely change my mind again next week. :laugh:
 
The tent still looks like fun to me Vet, and only 2 more to go! :Rasta:

It seems that Viparspectra is no longer on the Sponsor's list. I was going to shout them out for the great work their light is doing in my 2x2 tent but don't see them listed.

Anyway, if you're still there @ViparSpectra I'm loving the performance of your XS1500 in my 2x2! :Rasta:

I hope that jar with the R.H. in the 70’s isn’t sweating? Especially when you’re clipping rot from live buds you don’t want it in your jars too. :yummy:

Thanks for taking the time mate. Much appreciated. The jars ended up being left cracked open and seem to be okay. The Grove bags have been delivered today so I will be transferring the jarred bud into those tonight and bringing them into the house. Should finish off nicely then. I'll be keeping my eyes on it. Really don't want any disasters at this stage.
