Haha... I know I switched up after about the 20th top end job on my old CR... switched to a CRF 450R for a few years before I broke my back. Been putting around on a quad now.... for working the ranch.... dreaming that I'm pegged on that old CR. LoL

I rebuilt my cr250 every bolt sanded lol it looks sharp as f imo lol. I put the steely flywheel on it and geared it lower for old guy hill climbs. O and a kickstand lol I can't believe the enjoyment of a bike with a kickstand. Sry bout the back quads are good this is my first year with out one. Can't pull a moose off a mountians with a bike! Haha.

Hiding inside from this damn TX heat. It's another scorcher today. Makes my outdoor plant stink like crazy. Little 18" plant put off a stink you can smell 20 ft away. Yikes! Thankfully it is starting to get breezy.

LaFawnda is really doing well outside in spite of the heat. Pretty sure she's gonna be sticky AF. Currently 5 weeks into flower.

Again.... sorry for the purple. I hate moving plants around when they are so little. I'm just a puss like that. Normally, I'll just switch my LED off and snap my pictures under the CFL's. This little veg room only has the one light. Anyhow....

Mrs. Harambe sprouts another inch every day. Seems to be doing great.

Shit.... we've been looking for another ranch for awhile. We're on 12 acres now and want a little smaller property and a little bigger house. Anyhow... lo & behold, we actually found a lakehouse yesterday. Only on 1 acre, but it is waterfront.... and currently has a fully renovated "she-shed" plumbed and powered already.

It's a top contender now. Never really thought much about living on the lake, but can't stop thinking about the perks

Are you rated at 100% with the VA? Property tax doesn't apply in TX with a 100% rating. Even above 50% rated get huge tax cuts. You should be paying about half what the current owner pays. Homestead exemption can lock in the low tax rate too.

But we are the lucky few. I just don't want to live on the lake. Have to live in it to get the tax brakes.
