Bummer bout the small plants... That's one reason I don't do alot of auto,, it can be a crap shoot. Back when Lowrider came out and was the only auto's on the market,,, just about every plant it produced was like 10-14 grams of crappy ass shit..

But I hear ya on culling, but if they won't cut the mustard like you said,, it wood be depressing to invest the time for a oz or so per plant. But I do cull if needed........ Unless smoke is desperatily needed..

GL with the next ones..........

Finished some more set-up work in the shed today.

....and and, yes... the autos are still kicking. Still feeling guilty.... so.. :hmmmm:

Added 16 more ports on the water main today.

Took down one of the HPS fixtures, and prepped coco for 6 more pots. Pretty sure I'll have a few beans showing tail tonight. Think I'm gonna start them in the 3 gallon pots this time, instead of cups.

Right now, in the paper towels;

2) Jack Herer
2) C99XBB
1) Cheese
1) Alaskan Purple
1) Peyote Critical
1) Candida

I'll update as they pop...

BTW, that's a great shot of the shed. Looks fantastic!
Thanks buddy!

I got on a nice, racey, sativa high from Moby Dick, then went on a cleaning rampage today.
My terrible case of OCD definitely helps keep things tidy too. LoL
:nerd-with-glasses:

We have lift-off!
:headbanger:

Both Jack Herer seeds had nice tap roots, and the Cheese was ready too

They were moved to cups with seed starter mix and put out under the HPS.

Most of the other beans have split, but don't really have a tail yet.... maybe tomorrow morning!

Times; the are a changin'...

Gotta get these new lights delivered so I can stretch these babies out a bit. Gotta give @SmokeSara a huge shout-out. There was a mix-up, somewhere along the way.... SS fixed that shit, real quick! LoL
:thanks:

Lights are enroute from a different warehouse, and should be here within a week.
Disappointing, because now I have to do work in the overhead with seedlings under me. (I planned this differently)
But, Sara fixed things at a moment's notice... there is something to be said for their customer service. Top notch!

Still waiting on a promo pack to show up from Barney's, so I can drop the rest of the seeds for this group.

Candida has not popped yet, and the Alaskan Purple was split with a tiny tail. These are the only 2 left in the paper towels now. Other than these.... we had 100% germination.

Cheese poked it's head above the ground today too.

We're off to the races...

Started plumbing in each pot with the PEX drip rings. Pretty consistent flow; the 3/16" transfer tube chokes the flow down just right.

I still gotta install the ball valves on each drip head, but it seems like everything will work great!

So you go from pex to nylon 3/16 and back to a pex ring with holes in it? So your 3/16 is choking the flow down so it goes to all plants? Or is it under pressure? The ball valve is to choke more flow back or keep from hozing your plants soil?

I've been thinking about how I want to approach this. I might do a switch controller for each plant-but only 2/3 plants.

Trick is finding a pump that can do it gracefully.

Hey nobody the way i get things to work gracefully is I have a extra shut off in my rez that I can crack and bleed some of the pressure off so my halos just run a drip feeding. It also helps keep the rez nutes suspended along with my air stones.

Nice and tight setup. That's the best way to water them fabric pots.

Fast question? You ever use that clear tubing before? I know I used some, size of fish tubing and emitters on afew grows back, and it was prone to algae which blocked the emitters. Maybe it was the fert's I ran or something. But we switched over to black so no light,,, and problem solved......

The biggest problem I had with completing everything in PEX, was the rigidity. The clear transfer tube is much more flexible so I can move the pots around a bit more.

The whole system will run on low pressure. I'm adding the ball valves to each multi-head so I can ensure they all drip at the same pace.

Just happened to work out where the clear transfer tube actually fits snugly in the ID surface of a 1/2" PEX fitting.
