Tead's Indoor-ish, Winter, Hempy, OGK, SOG

I will most certainly join you in shaking fists at the forces that be lol. On the topic of legalization i think a realistic time frame atleast for the usa would be within 5-10 years and I say this because the us government is more focused on elsewhere in the world then our own country when really we need to get our country in better shape before we can be of help to anyone else no offense meant ofcourse, also the politicians in the usa can never agree on anything one side will be looking for the opportunity to make money and screw the man at the bottom of the food chain and if they had it there way it would be only legal for their company's to grow and still illegal for joe shmo down the street to grow but then you got the other side wanting to legalize it only for those with terminal illness's because that way they can say its medicine not a drug which would be fine if it wasnt for big pharma getting in the way every chance they can cause that would be money they are losing. I think legalization is a good thing as long as its thought out and not involving greed and the likes. If we move to fast we will live to regret it. slow and steady wins the race.

Money... the sh!t people will do for it... in my blacker moods I sometimes think the human race is doomed. I don't go on to facebook anymore, because what I see there makes me sick to my stomach.

Anyway, we have sucessfully hijacked your journal Tead! LOL! Sorry...

Money. Yup. Mighty important to many. Seems that 'root of all evil' idea is unpopular today.

On another note... Just in case you thought you were lazy....

Sorry... I hereby lay claim to the title "Laziest grower EVER!"

LOL!

My 3 plants take up about 10 hrs a week of my time. Next grow will be 6 plants. 20 hrs a week is way more time than I actually spend doing any real work at my place of employment.

I hope to have a perpetual grow going in the next 8 - 10 months. Not sure how I'm going to manage my time.

You're thinking right there Blaze. One could do a soil grow and keep the time minimal. I feel that hempy pots are the same effort as a soil grow... mostly, so the quicker results are wonderful for me.
There are many different methods. One will shine for you for whatever reason. I find laziness to be a fine model. Sometime laziness is really just the KISS concept in action.... one doesn't get much simpler than duct tape, a box, and a wire baking rack.
It's all about finding what works and not rocking the boat after that.

I grow with coco, so I'm constantly fiddling with pH and adjusting nutes or rushing off to buy calmag. It's ok though. I tend to get obsessed with the details, so growing in coco might just be the best bet for me. I can't complain, as I love growing. Almost more than getting blazed.

Still, I look at some organic grows and wonder...

Ya some might call it dark but i like to think its just realistic but enough of that depressing bit lol i like simplicity so ofcourse i like your drying box lol mine is a shoe box with holes towards the bottom of the sides with a computer fan in the lid lol

I've read of hempy pots, but I've never tried it. When I go perpetual, it's something I'd be willing to try out on one of the plants for a side by side comparison.

Right now, I'm a little loathe to stray from what is working for me.
