Hiya SweetSue,
The Zam X Pan should be USA's national flower! she is so beautiful! Hopefully, you'll get a few "trips" from her cob! I'm jealous. (Not really)
I have a question about the DDA. It is an auto? Did you have to "flip" the light schedule? The reason I ask, You put the time there as though you did flip from veg to flower. So, I'm thinking one might be able to veg longer for bigger structure in veg. Gotsta know, please (lol).
Moving - I've been adventurous my whole life (so far). Can't get enough exciting times doing exciting things. Moved at least 25 times in my adult life. I tend to travel light. I so look forward to adventure, I'm enjoying your preparations and so wish I could experience the adventure with you! You certainly would be a great travel companion. I hope you enjoy NOLA after the newness wears off. I'm sure you will. Put you anywhere, and you'd find enough positivity to enjoy living there. That's what you have given to me through your journals, the strength to truly embrace any situation and rely on the cosmos to fill in the gaps. And I thank you for that!!
In case you need/want another hug. Cya
Still have golden dragon in my Seedsman cart
Hmmmmmmm
High Sue. I just dropped by to catch up and pass along some hugs.
Thanks TS! You got me motivated right there but hmmmm I'll just wait until I know for sure that I won't neglect my own journal again like last year!Let's see... Provides entertainment to the peanut gallery, potentially helps you by allowing others to spot any issues (current or approaching) and/or deficiencies in your setup, and helps other people learn - and shows them how easy it is to grow their own cannabis.
I'm thinking the answer is, "Yes."
You're doing a wonderful job with her. You've got some nice sized colas building. Mines not as large, but I did get 1 female out of the 3 Zam x Pans I popped.Weekly Update: The Flowering Tents - Friday, August 10, 2018
On to the blooming beauties. All three tents are now on a 10/14 schedule.
Tent #1
Everyone blooms. I don’t really have a lot to say about these girls. They’ll do their best, and evidently be beautiful in the process. I’ll step aside for a few moments and let you just enjoy.
My only sativa in this tent. Lol!
They’re all happy and no trouble to keep going. They take very little resources. I’m hoping the yield will give us the cushion we’ll. Red for the daughterbwhilebi delicate and start afresh.
Tent # 2
These girls fit well together. The shape of Carnival allows enough space for them both to breathe.
Red Diesel is up to 6 grams of Mega Crop per gallon of water used. I’m more impressed with this nutrient line’s simplicity with every drench. Doob and I are reserving judgement until we see what terpene expression turns out to be. I can tell you this is one happy plant.
And she’s blooming! She was the last to burst forth in bloom. She won’t have anywhere near what she’ll want in time. I’m hoping early harvest translates into frillier buzz.
Carnival plugs along. This specimen is taking on a stronger perfume than earlier ones, which may be due to the decreased lighting schedule. Hmmm.....
She is breathtaking.
I’m certain I’ll have enough time to finish Carn.
Tent # 3
Ooo, la, la.....
This has to be the most extraordinary plant I’ve grown to date. An imposing one, isn’t she? Frosty as she can be this early in too.
There’s more fading going on in the dense undergrowth than up at the top. From the looks of things she’ll be close enough to done in another five weeks to be well worth the wait.
Leaf porn!
That brings this week’s nickel tour to its close ladies and gents. I
Thank you so much for indulging us with your visit. We hope you leave with a smile and a hankering for some time with your own plants.
Time for the celebratory buzz. I’ll be here, just smoking.
put the time there as though you did flip from veg to flower. S
This is a totally awesome fact. It’s hard to be actually amazed by it though, because it just seems ‘as it should be’ Excited still fits though!Know what excites me most? Not only will my new landlord NOT come in and inspect, causing me to shove everything into hiding for a few moments and then set it all right again ——-what a sweet thought to not have to hide anymore —- but we’ll be putting our heads together looking for ways to grow better.
High Sue - another day, some more to play!
I’m gonna field this one - sure you’ll correct if I’m wrong...
High Bode I’m pretty sure that ‘flip’ just refers to when the plant started flower (flipped itself) and that there’s no way to extend veg time on an auto.

Mine is leaning a bit more towards the Panama. I'm glad these are getting a chance to shine.
Having had the pleasures of meeting Sue in May and the new landlords yesterday, I have to say it now seems to me even more of an ‘as it should be’ situation. They both have a different but similarly intense and passionate energy. I have no doubts they’ll instantly have the ‘1+1=11’ kind of relationship instead of ‘1+1=2’ kind.
I've been using these wire frames that are made to put yard signs up until recently. They are trash from work and I've repurposed them. Those and a bunch of wire.Lovely Morglie, and seeing yours makes me even more appreciative of what that Timber qb is doing with mine. I have to believe the light has something to do with the way she exploded. I’m entranced, and couldn’t be happier to be showing her off so nicely.
She’s being very cooperative.
I was considering trying a tomato cage with the larger plants, but the bamboo poles and chinelle strips are less invasive to my process and easier to rework quickly. Have you used them long?
How much space are you going to have to work with at your new place? You might be able to rethink the way you grow.
