I‘m a few days away from an emotional....... let’s leave it at that. Today I’m being hit by waves of ....discontent is probably the best way to put it. Not a feeling I entertain often. Most of the day I’ve been able to distract myself well enough to get beyond it. As the sun sets and.... these days are so short this time of the year. It gets challenging for a creature of light. Lol!

Anyway, after fighting off tears for the umpteenth time today and scurrying back to the safety of my apartment to get away from people before I lost it in front of them I remembered the DMR and reached for my bottle of oil.

By the time I’d finished the post on another thread - ten minutes by my measure - my mood had calmed and shifted back to laid-back evening mode.

That DMR application surprises me every time. :laughtwo:

I accept that a large number of people use what’s on hand, and I appreciate your being helpful in explaining the finer points of making it into cleaner medicine.

The lovely solvent you’re waiting on doesn’t have to be sold at the prices they market them at. *sigh* But then, the licenses and fees chocking off access to the masses are built on a foundation of lies, and such practice encourages abuse of the system and taking advantage when you can.

It makes me thankful to be surrounded by so many people of character. :circle-of-love:

My mother would transpose numbers. She once held a job as an office manager that had her responsible for the books. Lord.... we were glad when she left that position and the books were balanced. Lol!

Interesting, the way both cobs and Dust make the inside of my mouth a little numb. This has to be good for oral health, wouldn’t you think?

I was talking with Doob and although there are obvious similarities between this method of ingesting and other edibles this is a unique euphoric footprint. It’s a slow and gradual climb that I keep expecting to peak, but it doesn’t. Not for about five hours in, which was what Buc experiences. I’m two hours in right now.

About 90 minutes after dosing I once again felt the heart race a bit. Nothing dangerous, just the little exciting thrill I love so much that says, “Hold on, here we go!” :laughtwo:

Still climbing. I wanted to reach for the hammer to take a couple hits, but upon reflection decided that was more out of habit, and put it off.

My one attempt at cobbing failed due to using frozen material so I’ve never had the pleasure of trying any. Could you give a quick comparison of cob vs dust? I’m wondering if it’s worth a second attempt?

Cobs are a deeper buzz than dust. I think it has to do with fermentation. I’d give it another try. Some of my cobs are over a year old now and I’ve had to drop to 0.1 gr doses.

Three hours in and I’m noticing an appreciable uptick in euphoria. :laughtwo:

If my guesstimation is anywhere near the mark this 0.1 gram dose had only about 16 mg of THC attached to it. Lol!

Yes indeed it is Shed. With cobs that’s about where you end up after they’ve cured and increased in potency. Tangwena told us that in the beginning, and we thought he was kidding. I’ve learned first hand he wasn’t. Lol!

@Bucudinkydow, this is the primary reason I’d recommend you try cobs again. For ever ounce of dried flower you get from other processing methods you’ll get nearly 1.5 oz back in cob.
 
In the dust pic you have it labeled as 1 gram so I wanted to double check.

I’m taking 1 gram of dust. When chewing cobs I only use 0.1 gram.

BIG EDIT: That was only 0.1 gram of dust! I’ve edited the posts that were wrong, but I want you all to pay attention to what a mere 16 mg of THC in that tiny quantity of dust can offer.
