Happy 420 :420:

I am just about to turn in, but when I wake up I am gong to get moving right away.

I have to cash my check and then I am on my way to Concentrates Inc to pick up most everything I need for my soil!! :) After Concentrates I have to run all that stuff home, and then head up to a place called Mt Scott Fuel to pick up my lava rocks. Then home to mix everything up and to order the neem cake online. It's the single ingredient I can't seem to find here in town. I will add and mix it in with the soil as soon as it arrives though from what I have read from Clackamas Coot, that shouldn't be a problem at all.

I also just realized that I am mixing up my soil, for cannabis, on 420. Pretty sweet timing. I like to think of it as the Ganja Gods shining their blessing upon the next chapter in the Saga of SweetLeef.

I fed all my ladies some SST(Sprouted Seed Tea) made from bird seed I had laying around. I will continue to use birdseed until I can afford barley seeds, hopefully next check.

I'm really getting into this organic stuff. I had the pleasure of seeing some no-till plants in action yesterday, and I am now more excited than ever to get this soil rolling. :)

Well I am damn near too excited to sleep, but I have got to try so I can mix up some dirt! tomorrow.

I'll be with my dog and the soil at 4:20 today. I really wouldn't have it any other way.

That was hard work mixing up a cubic yard of soil!

Really fun and rewarding though. That being said, ask me again tomorrow when I am soar as all get out. :)

I have to water the soil and cover it up still, but I gotta go get another tarp before I can cover it.

Here is what I used to build this soil based on Clackamas Coot's Soil recipe.

9cu. ft. of Alaskan Peat moss
9cu. ft. of Oly Mtn Fish Compost
9+ cu ft. of Red Lava Rocks (had to by 1/2 yard. I used some around the yard, but I'm sure the mix got a little extra. Cant have too much aeration right?)

13.5 cups of Kelp Meal
13.5 cups of Crab Meal
13.5 cups of Neem Meal (*when it gets here)
62 cups of Glacial Rock Dust
16 cups of Basalt
16 cups of Oysters Shell Powder
16 cups of Bentonite.

One cubic yard of Beautiful Living Organic Soil in the works.

A little water, 4 stirs, and we're taking our game to a whole new level.

Catman, I'm still tired from yesterday. I feel really good though. I am glad it ended up so neat and tidy. With my track record I expected to have dirt everywhere. :laughtwo: I am super thankful for the "LOS Mafia" As TassieDevil once referred to them. Looks like one of the mafia dropped out, guess I'll have to take up some of that slack preaching the gospel of the Soil Food Web.

Thanks Bar, I certainly am trying! I am super excited to give this soil a whirl I just know it's going to be ever better than the super soil I've been using. :)

Now then,

Once of the Thunder Scouts came down tonight. I will be pulling the other three over the next, probably three days followed if not immediately, very closely by the Strawberry Cough and the Alien Jack Mota. The Scouts went and finished up first.
