Thanks alot man appreciate it. Its been alot of fun and already somewhat rewarding. Time has flown and cant believe ill be on my first harvest soon. Looking forward to my next grow of some Lemon autos as soon as her bigger sister

The plant stops taking from the roots and starts pulling from the leaves as its life ends. The buds will not yellow, no.

Can you get any closer on the trichs or is that the max zoom? Sometimes in an editor you can zoom(enlarge) the pic and then crop a small section and save it as a new file.
How much clear to cloudy are you seeing? Percentage wise.

I got it on 30x magnification in tht pic. Its got a 60x and is really really hard to get a good clear shot. Im going to try my best and get a pic up real quick on 60x. Its even hard for me to tell but id say its about 1/2 to 3/4 cloudy trichs.

Take a sample bud down lower and do some sort of quick dry and give it a hit. It may taste lousy but you'll know if the high is what you're looking for. Looking at the plant it looks ready.

Ok im seeing a mix of what looks like everything with more ambers appearing each day. I guess im just going to have to go for it when i “think” is good lol. But atleast i know you say it looks ready so either way ill be good. Ill wait until i think i see more amber. Definitely more today than yesterday.

Its always better to wait a couple more days when you think shes done.
Soma says when you think shes ready wait a "couple more weeks".thats a little exaggerated but hes a great breeder/grower.

Hey brother Sparkey!!! Alright thats good to know you think im in the window. I definitely think your right on that wait another few days theory. Ill have to check Soma out ive never heard of him/her before. Thanks for the input man i can always use it :passitleft:
 
Its always a couple weeks :confused: your getting pretty good with the loupe, I think I see 1 amber tricome in that second pic o_O but its hard for me to tell hell its hard for me to tell on my own girls haha :bongrip:
I'll say this though keep an eye out for black or very dark tricomes, this would be the tricomes degrading. I was watching a white widow once, was around 110 days. Most cloudy tricomes but was holding out for amber. Well some of what I would call black tricomes came just a couple of them. I Harvested and that gal would knock your arse out. It is my wifes nite nite smoke. The girl had all kinds of nute and ph issues throughout her grow which led me to assume that the hard life kept her from ripening to her "sweet spot" or atleast showing the indicators (amber tricomes).

Thanks man, that loupe is a pain in the ass, i think ill look for something more accurate soon like those electronic usb magnifiers. I definitely see more amber each day, no real dark trichs, but it still looks like a combination of all 3. Maybe ill try a sample later like Mr.S suggested. What do you think about blow drying it? Lol i dont like a rushy up beat high, gets me paranoid and to anxious so im looking for that laid back couch potatoe shit lol. Or close to it. Man shes nowhere near 100 days shes is only at 61.
