Supergroomer - Back & Smaller Than Ever

:blunt:...congrats big daddy!

I had a perpetual garden going for about 1 1/2 years but had to take everything down due to a security issue. I didn't think I would have room for a second tent where I reset up. But it just barely fit:) I had it setup where I was harvesting a plant every 3 or 4 weeks. Hopefully I will get back to that. :peace:

It was nice too. Damn shame.
How bout Pepi Le Blue? Lol.

Before you know it, you'll have your perpetual running smoothly supergroomer. :battingeyelashes:

congrats on upgrading the tent man im sure it'll work better for the light size haha and cant wait to see the primo purple as i have a couple of the beans as well :circle-of-love:

Now for a brief informational interlude.

The 4 seeds I am adding to the grow are as follows:

Dinafem Critical + - A freebie from Herbie's head shop

Selected by a great grower from Bilbao to whom we owe this little marvel, for a wide variety of good reasons, this plant won the 1 st High Life Cup in Barcelona. The most interesting feature of this strain is without a doubt the intense aroma and taste that it produces; it smells like fruity skunk, but its smell is very strong which could pose a real problem particularly indoors where the use of carbon filters is a must until it is totally dry and packaged. It is important to emphasise that when smoked, even mixed with tobacco, the original taste comes through and it does not taste like burnt grass. It is really intense from start to finish and a real pleasure to smoke, leaving a great aftertaste.

It grows like a sativa and it looks a sativa with slim, narrow leaves, not too dark, long and quite thin stems for the size of their flowers. It has a lot of side branching with a short internodal distance which improves production. It is advisable to control the height before flowering, due to its tendency to grow rapidly during this period. During this flowering period it shows all its potential, when what looks like a sativa becomes a super-producer that outstrips all other strains. It is great for SCRaG systems; flower development is realty fast and it is ready to harvest in 45/50 days with 12 hours of light indoors.

Outdoors it is also a great producer, flowering fast and ripening completely by the 4th week of September; it can have mould problems but, being a fast flowering plant, can be harvested without significant loses.

It has high resin production and very high strength effect, which a combined physical and mental effect.

Flowering period: 65-75 days
Harvest outdoors: Until 5th October
THC: High (12%-16%)
CSO: Medium
Production: Very High
Height outdoors: Can reach 3 m
Blend: Indica-Sativa (50%-50%)
Genotype: Big Bud x Skunk

Dinafem Blue Kush: Another freebie. I grew one of these before and even cloned it. The pheno that I grew although strong, never got that "blueberry" taste I was looking for. Hopefully this will be better.

Blue Kush by Dinafem is a feminized, Sativa-dominant strain obtained by crossing a Blueberry and a Og Kush. The result is a strain of superb flavour and aroma.

Blue Kush is a treat for the senses. This outstanding plant is hardy, easy to grow, fast flowering and delivers big, compact buds covered in resin. It performs well when cultivated both by experts and by beginners. It is an elegant, medium-sized plant that grows well indoors, especially in hydroponics, SCROG and SOG systems. In outdoor cultivation, it responds best to temperate/continental climates and to the protected environment of greenhouses.

Due to its complex and interesting organoleptic properties, Blue Kush is aimed at gourmets. It is also suitable for users seeking major therapeutic properties.

Blue Kush has intense flavour and aroma with fresh hints of lemon, pine and red berries. The effect is powerful, long-lasting and rather cerebral, the perfect choice for spending quality time with friends.

55% Sativa / 45% Indica
Genetics: Blueberry x OG Kush
Indoor flowering period: 60 days
Outdoor harvest time: beginning/middle of October
Indoor yield: 500 g/m2
Outdoor yield: 600-800 g/plant
THC: 20%
CBD: 0.16%
THC/CBD ratio: 125:1

Medicann Cali Jack - I have grown this also. I originally got this to help my friends eye problems.

Cali Jack is a Sativa/Indica Hybrid which has its roots based in a Jack Herer/pre '98 Bubba Kush mix which offers some amazing properties for an indoor grower, producing exceptional buds encrusted with crystals make this a plant for anyones collection but you have to have some patience because of the 9 to 11 weeks required for flowering (50 - 70 days).

This plant has Haze characteristics but has been bred to be shorter in stature to enable the grower to better manage the large trichome encrusted flowers that are produced. We particularly recommend this strain if you suffer from fibromyalgia.

Medical uses: Stress Relief, Anxiety, Nervousness, Migraines, Headache, Nausea, Depression, Fibromyalgia, Ocular relief, Chronic Pain and Many More

Genetics: Jack Herer x Pre '98 Bubba Kush
Indica/Sativa: Indica (70%) / Sativa (30%)
THC: 15 - 20%
CBD: 4%
Flowering time: 9-11 weeks
Yield: High

Strain Hunter Money Maker

The Money Maker is a very old-school plant. A true Master Kush, High Times Cannabis Cup winner in the early 90s, presented in feminized form.

Short, bushy, with very small internodes, it grows very fast and has an extremely vigorous attitude.
The leaf shows some sativa heritage, but the buds are definitely full indica, with a berry-sweet aroma that turns rapidly into a very kushy, earthy feel. The calyx is large, buds grow irregular in shape and tend to slight fox-tailing. The Money Maker makes very compact, heavy flower clusters, and it has very low leaf-to-calyx ratio so manicuring is very easy.

The Money Maker can take high nutrients levels, and grows very well in soil, coco, hydroponic or aeroponic systems. It performs well indoors and outdoors, and is ideal for beginners as well as for advanced growers. The smoke is very intense, with a berry flavor that gives space to very deep earthy, mossy notes, to end in a slight garlic feel. The effect is round, thick, narcotic. It is couchlock-bonanza, ideal for very relaxing nights, or very lazy days.

Medicinally very valuable for those with trouble sleeping, or intense pains.

Genetics: 70% indica - 30% sativa
Original Master Kush x Hindu Kush and Skunk (feminised)

Height: short plant (average internodal distance 5-7 cm).
Flowering Indoor: 8 weeks flowering time. Yield up to 1.0 gram (dry and manicured) per watt per m2 (with 1000W HPS).
Flowering Outdoor: 8-9 weeks flowering time, with production up to 1Kg per plant depending on the final size.
Support for the branches is recommended.
Taste (burned): nutty, vegetal, spicy, fruity.
Scent (unburned): berries, spices, kushy, roasted.

Effects:
Speed of high onset: fast hitter.
Duration of high: medium lasting.
Quality/type of high: strong, physical, very intense on the legs, couch locking, meditative.

The Critical + and the Blue Kush have taproots going and will be put in dirt this afternoon. The other 2 have not popped as of this AM. :peace:

Here is a picture before lights out tonight. I have to say, they look and "feel" very healthy.:green_heart::peace:

When cross pollinating to get seeds, does it matter which strain male plant you use?

I am a beginner when it comes to seed production and in my case there was no "male".

I used a product called Tiresias Mist to force one lower branch of an Ultimate Purple female to produce male pollen which I used to pollinate it's self and several other female strains I chose trying to create strains similar to ones I wanted that were always out of stock from Connoisseur Genetics that Mr. Tight was growing out a few years ago.

I got the idea from reading a grow journal here by member Granny420 who had done extensive experimentation with colloidal silver and documented it.

I have not been able to do as much experimentation as I would like due to security issues and that's why I sought out others with different growing styles to test out the new strains for me.

If I had Robert Celt's basement I'd be in Hippy Heaven experimenting with different crosses. :)

I have grown the Strain Hunter's Money Maker from seed and several clones from the original and I really like this strain. It's very short with dense heavy buds that are easy to trim and is the favorite among my friends who have smoked it.

If I had Robert Celt's basement I'd be in Hippy Heaven experimenting with different crosses. :)

This made me laugh right out loud in a crowded car. :laughtwo: We're all just aging hippys, aren't we?

Thanks for the share on your breeding technique. Was it successful?

 There, there now. :laughtwo:

I, personally, am growing younger every year. Have been for the past two years. It's brought the hippy in me out even more. LOL.
