Sunshine On A Brainy Day — PS Dwarf Star Lights Up My Life

Wow congrats on motm your deserving and your girls are looking awesome!!! I am inside and grow only autos usually because they take less work and are twice as fast literally. BUT photos allow for mistakes to be corrected where as an auto mistake could be detrimental to the plant. You know what's best for your garden (obviously) so keep it up #global420

Oh my.. I only turned away for a moment..

I commend you for your hard work, G2HM!! The biggest ginormous congratulations for MOTM!! A lot of people are deserving of

that title but your hard efforts to better yourself as well as others makes the vote for you a no brainer!! I'm so happy others also

seen who you are, how you are. I remember not to long ago assisting you with answers to your questions. With how well/far

you've come, I look forward to your assistance.

My brain has so much more to share but my chaos/my kids are demanding my attention.

I'm back and will be following along right beside you.

Peace n Love!!

P.S. Give your exceptional hubby a 420 hug from all of us for being the man he is!!

Wowzer!! Your girls are looking sexy AF!!

Deep in my soul it gives me great joy to be a part of your life. To watch you succeed and excel at everything you do.

I may go MIA occasionally but I'm always around. You know that if you ever need anything, drop me a line. I'm here. Peace!!

Hi growtohealme,

When I saw your first issue about hubby's name, it brought to mind a life experience of HashGirl and me.
.
I am notoriously terrible with names. It isn't disrespectful of anybody, it is who I am. HG is the opposite, not only does she remember everybody's name, she can probably give you their birthday too! It is who she is.

So early on in in our relationship, she would ask "who is this?", not realizing I didn't have a clue, or more correctly, I couldn't recall the name. So we worked it out, if I didn't introduce her it was because I'd drawn a blank, and she would step up and introduce herself. It took the social embarrassment off of me, for which I am eternally grateful. It might have looked awkward, but it let (me) us get by without embarrassment. I am in awe of her gift, and pleased that she has this skill. We are often stronger when we work together.

We are all here with you.

Peace. :peace:

What’s Update – 100% Organic Garden & Brain Rehab – May 10, 2017

:welcome: Welcome to my Beautiful Healing Brain Journal!

Brain/Grow Rehabilitation Behaviour:

I thought it would be funny to post some of my odd behaviour experiences to lighten up an emotional week.

1. Just this week I was introducing my husband, by the WRONG name…lol. I had to make a joke saying I had two husbands to cover up my cognitive mistake. Oops!

2. My husband has found plates in the garbage that I threw out after dinner. Nope they are not disposable either. Just a slip of the mind.

3. I have put my shoes on and waited by the door to leave, except we had no plans to go out. My husband asked me where I was going, I said, hmmm, nowhere…lol.

4. Yesterday I took the lid off my bottled water and carefully poured water into the upside down lid and drank from the lid instead of the actual water bottle. Ummm hello!

5. I was making tea and instead of pouring the hot water into the mugs on the counter, I picked up a mug, held it in my left hand, and poured the hot water directly down the sink. ;)

6. Every time I kick something out of my way, I say “Goooooooooaaaaaalllll!” and put both of my arms up celebrating, like when I used to play soccer. lol.

7. This week, I posted my email in a thread, instead of sending it as a message. I even made an edit to my post, still not realizing I’ve posted my personal email. DUH!

8. Last one, now when I cross the crosswalks I put out my finger and arm and point like I’m in grade 4 again. It’s looks funny but it works…;)

What am I grateful for? “Compassionate Grow Friends”

Quote of the week: “Kick my brains ass!”

My humble garden of positive change awaits you…

1. Type: CB Dream CLONES #1 - 6 (Mother born Oct 2, 2016)

Week:9 weeks

Days: 63

Temp:24-30 Degrees Celsius

Hum: 41 - 60%

Strain: Indica - CBD

Technique:Clones, Topped and LST

Comments:

Clones – I’m pleased to say that I have pruned, groomed and vacuumed the girls. They are loving the air circulation and have responded by growing at least an inch in 2 days. Now they are properly poised as they enter the flowering stage.

IMG_9904a.jpg

I can always tell by a certain smell in the air from minty (veg) to skunky (flower) that gets me excited for flower time. Also the top flowers are stacking nodes short as the initial stretch is slowing down. As seen in the top view photos of the plants.

The 3 gallon clones are an easy 3 feet plus more. The 1 gallon clones are at most 2 feet. Either way, they continue their water-only feedings, which makes this the easiest grow to date for me. I couldn’t handle more than 6 but man, how could I resist when they all pulled through, no problem. My goal is to keep CBD in rotation for upcoming capsules, I’m praying that my harvest meets my expectations.

I encourage all medical patients to do clones, this is our greatest value and cheats corporations out of control over our medications. It’s pure magic.

Now that the clones are in the pre-flower stage I thought I would start taking individual shots in order to follow this stage more closely.

2. Type: Kushie Kush (Born March 4, 2017)

Week: 9

Days: 66

Temp: 24-30

Hum: 41 - 60%

Strain: Indica

Technique:Topped and LST

Comments:

As you can see the transplant went well, ummm WIKKED. She has overgrown her 5-gallon pot horizontally through the guidance of LST.

IMG_9940a2.JPG

Now she’s a monster kush that wants to be directly under my dwarf star. This is what I always imagined, in fact, I think this kush is looking a bit like Snid’s work. And all the primary and secondary growth is even just like Snid’s advice. I may have to dedicate this one to him, because I sure to miss him around here.

IMG_9941a.jpg

This is the FIRST photo period from seed that has the proper light, pots, nutes, air circulation, humidity and temperature. The next thing I will have to learn is soil and ph challenges of different soils. I know tricam has started teaching me, I am slowly reading the ingredients in dirt now just to introduce the terms to my brain. It will take a while to learn but I’m engineering this brain train to track my progress and even at the crossroads.

IMG_9908a1.jpg

*I wouldn’t be where I am today if it weren’t for your journals to learn from.

May I ask for a favour, no biggie? Could you guys maybe use short paragraphing more often because it’s incredibly difficult to read blocks of text. I just don’t want to miss the valuable information from your resourceful posts and kind support. 420 HUGS

Life is what you make of it and who you GROW it with…G2HM

:Namaste:

:thanks::high-five::thanks:

Your ladies look absolutely lovely my dear. You continue to amaze and inspire me. I also have had days like that when you have random brain farts but I'm sure we all would prefer that over a bad migrain or in my case a seizure any day lol. You are in my thoughts :green_heart:

Smoke green and prosper :passitleft:

As I turned to the teacup to discover that I'd absentmindedly dropped the stevia into the cup still in the package, I had this thought.

When things like this happen to me I laugh, shake my head in amazement at the occasional playful nature of my gray matter, and move on, chuckling as I go.

When things like this happen to you G2HM you don't react in the same bemused way, do you? If your response it to immediately chalk it up as evidence of the damage to your brain environment, stop that please. Expectation is everything when you work in concert with the ECS.

We know that CBD will begin clearing the confusing plaque from your brain. This isn't wishful thinking on our part, this is clinically-proven scientific fact. You have a plan. Not just any plan, but the right plan to heal your beautiful brain. :hugs:

I've done most of those except #4 and #8, and who hasn't done #6 at least once? (great for baseball games too). And yes, I've waited at a stop sign, not for it to turn green, actually for nothing at all until I realized there was nothing to wait for.

Here's one more from my not too distant past. I had some dry cleaning that had been at the cleaners for a few weeks so I made a special trip to pick it up. Got there and they had no record of it. I knew I had dropped off a load including a yellow shirt. It's a really nice soft shade of yellow with crisp lines and I look good in it. It's my power shirt. I was looking for it earlier and that's what reminded me to pick up the laundry. I got a little angry, raised my voice, said some things I shouldn't have said and stormed out. Calmed down, started going through laundry at home to see if maybe I'd accidently put it in there. Wife asked what I was doing, then told me she'd picked it up after they called four months ago! I could swear it was only 2-3 weeks. That's chemo brain for ya. :laughtwo:
Can you guess what color shirt I was wearing? Glad I can laugh about it now.
:Namaste:

*HAHAHAHAHAHAHA, okay that was pretty funny. Thanks for sharing this, I don't feel so bad now...HAHAHAHA!

Wow congrats on motm your deserving and your girls are looking awesome!!! I am inside and grow only autos usually because they take less work and are twice as fast literally. *Thanks so much ohioboy, it feels pretty good to win based on merit instead of the politics. I still have autos to grow, but I overthink the process so I'm getting back to photoperiods because they are more resilient. I don't back down from a challenge of learning something new and is why autos are still on the list.

*Shaggn, I always wondered where you went. Thank you sooooo much for the positive words, hugs rec'd hugs returned. My hubby says thank you as well. I have missed your journal and your camaraderie. I've had 100% germination since learning your trick. So glad to have you back, now I'm not letting you go. Your friendship is highly valued and is always welcome in my grow house. big 420 hugs.

Hi Shaggn! Another father off to play with his kids, or break up a fight, or something...

Anyway, point is I love that 420 is such a family oriented site. :)

Not to mention out little girl is all grown up. As you pointed out, It only takes a moment.

*AWWWWWWWWWW, KR, that made smile from ear to ear. We are a family, risking our information in hopes to help one another. Life wouldn't be the same without you. ;)

Wowzer!! Your girls are looking sexy AF!!

*We do the same FP, it works out so good. Thank you soooo much for sharing your story. HG is amazing, there is no stopping this chica.
I guess everyone has challenges, I'm not isolated anymore. Thank you for including me in your journey. ;)

*Thank you CHED! I would choose the same as well. I didn't realize I was human. I'm relearning the basics in life, so it's great to hear that we all do stuff like that. You inspire me with hope and remind me to keep going. You're welcome anytime, my medicine is your medicine.
;)

*Hi SweetSue, thanks for stopping by. ;)
I thought my last journal entry was my way of not taking things seriously. I track my behaviour in journals so that I may revisit my baseline and create new goals along the way. My occupational therapist helps me figure out way to circumvent my odd behaviour, through acceptance and acknowledgement. That's all, my belief system is intact and ready to kick some brains' ass. ;)

You're so right. That post was deliciously full of laughter. Glad to hear it. Alright, get back to tending those lovelies. :hugs:

SweetSue, I do appreciate the care you write in your notes, you're advice is always welcome here.
.❤️

You shine this bright light wherever you go, are you aware of that? If I ever overstep you can let me know. I have no ego Baby. :hugs:

No I am not aware that I do that. All I know is that this is happiest I've been in my life. I couldn't ask for more but then my friends spoil me. Maybe my forthcoming will help another brain patient. Otherwise, I'm lucky to be living and thriving. ;)

I suspect some type of Marvel hero character but SweetSue is real, in the flesh. Go figure! ;)

Someday we'll meet. It's my goal to train it across Canada and visit all my friends. You're one of a multitude in your part of the world that I hope to spend time with.

When a group of us met in Jamaica in February they were kinda surprised in a good way that I turned out to be exactly who I presented myself to be on these pages. One of the best things about this neighborhood is the authenticity of the members. We share a common secret and that bonds us in unique ways. We aren't afraid to expose who we are at our heart.

:passitleft: Been a long day testing the new oil. Whew!

Hey growtohealme,

I know you are leaning toward Marvel, but I keep hearing, over and over, "May the Force be with Sue!". I don't think it could be any clearer.

LoL. Just my humble opinion.

Hugs to all, and to all a good night!

Peace. :peace:

G2HM, since it is...and you have beautiful little girls dancing under a dwarf star....Happy Mothers Day....

Your journal is getting longer. I like to read it from the beginning. So many wonderful members show up here.

The smiles and a tear are always a reward.

I take a lot of pictures.
#1 reason; to review at the end of the day. In order to see what I really did during the day! Lol

We received a new horse yesterday. Watching him run free on 30 acres of pasture.
Made me think of you:)
