I think you have the Celsius and Fahrenheit mixed up. Here's a page from a Frigidaire manual. Lowest is 170 F (77 C)

Your gonna love it. Also my wife says I'm a dumb ass that 350 is the base temp when you turn it on and you can go down as far as you want. . she said and I quote. It's gas dumb ass. Thought you might like the rhyme as well.
