Sunshine On A Brainy Day — PS Dwarf Star Lights Up My Life

I have yet to sleep. Was playing video games with the hubby and we lost track of time. Have a wikked shhhmokey day PW!

You have a wicked shhhmokey day yourself G2HM. :hugs: What a delicious-looking bud! :high-five: I'm starting to get excited for you. What concentration are you thinking of going with when you make oils?

Check out the frost oasis in that close up. Can't even see the leaf. Now that's amore!

Hey Mrs Frosty McFrosterton! What game/games were you kids mashing on?

I have a ps3, but started going backwards in time from there. Currently working the finger dexterity with Skitchin', Aladdin, and Sonic 1 on Sega Genesis!!

Also have an original NES at the ready. I can spend all day and night trying to beat Mike Tyson's Punchout. Excellent brain training, muscle memory benefits playing that one!

Game on!.

*Thanks SweetSue! Glad that you asked. I'm going with an organic extra virgin olive oil (organic), with an ounce of CBD (fresh harvest?). It should make approximately 16 ounzes of oil. I am on a juicing routine for a couple years now, (since the brain stuff happened) and I was wanting to put it in my juice that I have daily. I can't afford the capsules and all the stuff I need to do it your way. So I thought I would do it the old fashioned way. I'm still reading the instructions for my Magic Butter machine. This is all new to me and a bit daunting. ;)

*My hubby has a PS4 pro. We were playing "Until Dawn" where you have to stay alive until dawn without getting murdered. Kinda based on the early friday the 13th thrillers with cheesy characters with 80's garb. But it's scary as shiz. I was standing up by the tv for full effect and having to put my arm out to defend myself from the enemies. Or should I said, that's my brain interacting with the game. Fully emersed and HIGHlarious. My husband has to remind to come back and sit down, but it's so much more fun to stand.

*I also love, DEAD SPACE, Dead Nation, The Witcher, Sky rim, Motorsport, anything that engages my brain. I also do it to make my husband laugh. He seems to have such a good time when I play with him that it's my way of putting him first. Easy peasy.

*Very cool, I completely agree. I have to start off in beginner mode, but soon enough I am able to remember button symbols for which function. Having to do two, maybe 3 or more things at the same time really challenges me, and I love that. I def play a lot more since my brain stuff happened. I am unable to do specific brain games without tremendous pain after. But gaming doesn't hurt at all. Again, one of those things that helps retrain my brain and is super fun.

Game on!.

*GAME ON! hahahaha

Twox was here.:circle-of-love: looks good G2H.. so frosty

*Bueller...Bueller....Twox...Bueller...lol ;) Thank you for stopping by.

Very cool stuff, exciting. So happy to see you on the day side of Dawn! Haha!!

*Thanks DB, could you imagine a growing game that would require us to follow proper direction or our harvest spoils? That would be cool for my brain. OK, lots of fun of the horizon. Wishing you and your moms stolen moments of laughter and walking down memory lane.
420 hugs

Working on a journal entry for this weekend. So much to say in so little time. I have learned so much I can't really keep up with myself. But all this reading and writing is making my sentence structure better. Keeping thoughts short and sweet gives me more time for hot and spicy adventures. I have to keep reminding myself to pull it back. Okay back to journalling...:nomo:

I love video games as well.. i need to find a good woman to play with my like you do with your husband. That is very sweet of you to play with him, im sure it means a lot to him that you do! Yay update time!

*Awww shucks, that's sweet of you to say ImTo.⚽️ There will be a journal entry tomorrow, I couldn't finish it all tonight, tick tock...❤️

So many light choices and seeing results like this is amazing. Been reading catching very slow like a turtle . lol .

How hot does it get ?

What's Update — 100% Organic Garden & Brain Rehab — July 15, 2017

:welcome:Welcome to my Beautiful Healing Brain Journal!

Brain/Grow Rehabilitation Behaviour:

Hello my fellow culti-vapor-ers...;). This week I continued to get ready for my CBD Oil treatments in a few weeks. I went and had all my blood work done, ECG and urine analysis, all recommended by my doctor. We are waiting to see if I officially avoided (hereditary) Diabetes since radically addressing a "pre-diabetes warning" in the past few months. In fact, I think I'm in better health now than I was in my drinking days. How can that be possible?...lol.

Also, I have been doing more research on supplements that will help my brain rehab therapy. I have come across a favourite omega provider that will definitely help with creating new brain cells. Fish oil is super enriched with omega3 good fats that are not only good for cleaning my arteries but is also the #1 recommended supplement for neuro-regeneration. Combined with CBD, how can I go wrong?

I found all this amazing info on brain stuff, sorry if this bores you, but I find it incredibly educational when it comes to brain health, neuro-genesis and preventing dementia. Everyone needs a healthy brain so you may be interested regardless. Having this in my journal is very helpful for my future reference for sure.

You probably don't know this but I hate eating fish. Aaand it's so darn expensive to buy fish oil capsules. So what did I find at my local supermarket, yes, in the flower section??? SALMON and FISH OIL grow nutrients. Instead of spending the money on daily supplements, I am using fish stuff in my grow to increase bio activity and assist in the regeneration of my brain too.

It smells just like fish chum. At first it made me gag, but now I have been smelling it for the past two weeks and I'm not put off by it at all. In fact, it's making my plants smell like the west coast beaches. Just by making oil from my CBD plants; I will be getting some Omega 3 supplement and that is the kinda innovative thinking I need. I'll use this for all my grows, better stock up.

-----------------------Brain Info on Fish Oil Supplements----------May bore you alert-----------

"The human brain is largely made of fat – 60% by dry weight.
One particular group of fats, the omega-3 essential fatty acids, is most important for the brain's structural integrity and performance. And one omega-3 fatty acid, docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), may be the single most important nutrient you can take for brain health throughout all stages of life.

DHA doesn't sound as exciting as the latest brain supplement but it's a foundational nutrient needed for a healthy, optimally functioning brain. Trying to build a healthy brain without it is like building a house on a foundation of Legos!

DHA: An Essential Building Block of the Brain
Essential fatty acids are those your body needs for health that can't be synthesized by your body – you have to get them from food or supplements.

Of all the essential fatty acids, the omega-3s are the most abundant in the brain where they are are the preferred building blocks of brain cell membranes and nerve cells.
There are three kinds of omega-3s – EPA, ALA, and DHA – with DHA unarguably being the most important for your brain. DHA accounts for 97% of the omega-3 fatty acids in the brain.

✓Omega-3 Supplements
Besides being a major structural component, DHA also plays a role in brain cell communication.
DHA facilitates neurotransmitter activity and increases the number of neurotransmitter receptors, allowing the brain to optimize the use of its feel-good brain chemicals like serotonin and dopamine.

Benefits of DHA in All Stages of Life
Just as you need calcium for strong bones, you need DHA for a strong nervous system.
DHA is needed throughout all stages of life for a healthy brain and mental well-being.

Fish Oil: Liquid Gold for Depression and Mood Disorders

DHA for Seniors and Mental Decline
If you could take only one supplement to stay mentally sharp as you age, it would be DHA.
People low in DHA have smaller brains that age faster than those with normal levels.
DHA can improve memory, learning, and age-related mental decline in healthy older adults.

✓Omega-3 Supplements
Having adequate levels of DHA can protect you from age-related mental decline and significantly reduce your risk of dementia and Alzheimer's.
Seniors with higher levels of DHA are 47% less likely to develop dementia and 39% less likely to develop Alzheimer's as people with low levels.

DHA for Mental Health
Having low levels of DHA means having a smaller brain and this shrinkage affects brain function.
DHA deficiency impairs functions like memory, problem solving, the ability to multitask, and thinking capabilities.

Low DHA levels have been linked to depression, ADHD, anger, and hostility.
Serious psychiatric disorders such as major depressive disorder, suicidal behavior, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia have been linked to DHA deficiency.
Military veterans with low levels of DHA are 62% more likely to commit suicide.
These enhancers work with your brain's own neurotransmitters to really improve your mental energy, clarity, focus and mood. You can see that DHA is one of the most important nutrients for your brain."

Let's start off on a positive note and check out this picture from the Dwarf Stars' Perspective.

What am I grateful for? "my weekly friends who shower me with empowerment."

Quote of the week: "Harvest is coming!"

My humble garden of positive change awaits you...

1. Type: CB Dream CLONES #1 - 4 (Mother born Oct 2, 2016)

Week: 17 weeks

Days: 112/ 39 days flower (12/12 started June 5, 2017)

Temp: 24-30 Degrees Celsius

RH: 55 - 65%

Strain: Indica

Technique: Clones, topped and LST

Comments:

*These clones are frosty and still budding. Hindsight; I should have used a screen to control the tops from falling over. When they fall over like in the pics they don't grow up like colas should. I have an idea for a screen next time I grow CBDream, which is right away, to prevent the stretch from collapsing my stalks. Then maybe I'll have some clones that are straight and proper. I love learning and then figuring out how to improve my processes. This has to be my fav strain for the time being.

CBDream Clone #1 & Kushie Kush
IMG_1685aE.jpg

--------------------------------

I am relieved to say that the trichomes are cloudy and glistening. They are beautifully elongated mushroom shaped medicine. I have to be careful not to over grow these plants because I need them to be uplifting, not couch lock.

IMG_1714aE.jpg

-----------------------------

I need less brain high and more body high, but I like to blend sativa and indica together. I think these ladies are gonna get the chop in two weeks. I got another CBDream seedling on the way, so it'll be great to correct my mistakes.

CBDream Clone #1-4 > 3 Gallon, Self-watering, LST & Topped

-----------------------------------

2. Type: Kushie Kush (Born March 4, 2017)

Temp: 24-30

RH: 55 - 65%

Strain: Indica

Technique: Topped and LST (5 gallon)

Comments:

*More KUSHion for the pushin! Grossly inappropriate but incredibly funny so it passes. Kush is pushing out frost like Vancouver Olympic winter games, in a hurry...lol.

IMG_1716aE.jpg

-----------------------------------

*I've decided that I'm gonna chop her this week. Her trich's are cloudy and on the brink of amber. I am only feeding her water and then I'll put her in the dark. Really look forward to shhhmoking her and tasting her sweet juices...lol.

IMG_1667aE.jpg

---------------------------------------

*Here is her centre bud without the lights on. She is naked in her natural state. Still trichome overload, yup she's a beauty.

IMG_1717aE.jpg

------------------------------

3. Type: Kushie Kush CLONES ( Mother Born March 4, 2017)

Temp: 24

RH: 40-44%

Strain: Indica

Technique: Clone, Top & now LST

Comments:

*STICKER ALERT!

IMG_1734aE.jpg

------------------------------------

* The time of free-growing clones is O-ver. From now on I will be training my clones in order to rid myself of flaccid colas...lol. Had to say it...here are pics of them individually after I brought the ruckus and put them in their place. Now let's see if the Kushie Kush strain can handle some SNID training.
