Re: Sunshine On A Brainy Day – PS Dwarf Star Lights Up My Life
What’s Update – 100% Organic Garden & Brain Rehab – June 27th, 2017
Welcome to my Beautiful Healing Brain Journal!
Brain/Grow Rehabilitation Behaviour:
As you can imagine it’s been one heckofa sh*t storm in my neck of the woods. You all know about the drama regarding my ear infection. As I write this I am completely deaf in my left ear, however, I have the coolest story to tell.
Got to emerg, the medical team was amazing, taking everything very serious and quickly to address my ear/s. The ER doc called the ENT specialist and he told him to insert a “wick” into my left ear in order to administer the ear drops which are critical to addressing the infected area.
So just imagine me, sick and in tears from the pain and ringing, my husband is worried beyond scared, and then we both smiled to each other when we heard “self-watering aka wick” said by a doctor. The very process I use for my plants has been used on me since last Friday. It was enough of a coincidence to share a smile to my husband for that one grow moment.
As I got better, I kept reminding my husband that I’m self-watering my ear in soilless conditions. Lol. I can feel the wick process going through the swollen membrane. It’s so soothing when he uses drops to wet the wick. Then I can feel it going immediately into my ear. Is this what it’s like for my plants?
“Wick” - I think that is the coolest thing to have learned last weekend. Always a grow story wherever I go.
Also, I think if my ECS was boosted I could have prevented this ear infection. My ECS has been beaten down for years, it’s hard to keep healthy. I’m so close to making oils that I have been detoxing my system of fats and toxins for 2 weeks already. The hospital gave me a gorilla’s worth of chemical toxins over the weekend, so now I will go back and redetox…lol.
Let’s start this journal posting on a positive note and take a look at my greenroom from the Dwarf Stars’ perspective.

What am I grateful for? “cool nurses and compassionate doctors.”
Quote of the week: “don’t use Q-tips and extended use of headphones.”
My humble garden of positive change awaits you…
1. Type: CB Dream CLONES #1 - 4 (Mother born Oct 2, 2016)
Week: 15 weeks
Days: 94/ 21 days flower (12/12 started June 5, 2017)
Temp: 24-30 Degrees Celsius
RH: 55 - 65%
Strain: Indica
Technique: Clones, topped and LST
Comments:
*WE HAVE GROWTH people’s! The clones are quick to flower up as the pistils aim for the light. The taller branches are collapsing so I am going to tie them up for support with the garden poles I bought last week. These are clones and not from seeds so the stalk is thinner than usual but the tight node spacing created by the Dwarf Star also creates big fat buds that weight them down. Tying them up is inevitable.
*Throughout their entire growth I have not feed them vitamins or supplements. Only food sources, light, O2 and CO2 (tricam). I am constantly keeping them groomed as they bloom flowers of bud for my new project of creating oil.
CBDream Clone #1 - 3 Gallon, Self-watering, LST & Topped
CBDream Clone #2 & 3 - 3 Gallon, Self-watering, LST & Topped
CBDream Clone #4, / 1 Gallon, Top-watering, LST & Topped
-----------------------------------
2. Type: Kushie Kush (Born March 4, 2017)
Week: 15
Days: 91/21 days flower (12/12 started June 5, 2017)
Temp: 24-30
RH: 55 - 65%
Strain: Indica
Technique: Topped and LST (5 gallon)
Comments:
*Kushie Kush has had Cal Mag issues from before so her leaves reflect that notably. But that hasn’t stopped this lady from filling up her stalk with flowering pistils. As a whole, she has stiffened up incredibly, and one of her big stalks accidentally cracked from being turned (last week). I quickly bound her with tape and she was good to go.
*She is very big for me to handle and rotating her is like pushing a mountain. I’ll be more careful next time. Here are some pics of Kushie Kush along the flowering way. She is smelling like peach cobbler and skunk…hahahahaha, if that’s your thing…lol...it's mine now...
------------------------------
INTRODUCING
I am happy to announce the next clone grow. Kushie Kush gave birth to 3 viable clones (but she had at least 30 more that I had to let go). Too bad!
3. Type: Kushie Kush CLONES ( Mother Born March 4, 2017)
Week: 1 – Day of transplant was on June 22, 2017.
Days: Clones cut June 8 – 22nd = 13 days. Transplanted into 1-gallon self-watering pots on the 22nd to todays date = 4 days of official early vegetation. I don’t count the clone/root regeneration in my vegetation calendar because I think it’s a process of its’ own. Technically I will call these 4 day in early veg.
Temp: 24-30
RH: 41-44%
Strain: Indica
Technique: just cloning so far
Comments:
*This is my new germination space. Downsizing to 3 clones only to concentrate on quality. But I wish I could do more. I want to be like a green oprah, give clones to everyone and heal the world. But I’ll start with my humble space.
*Thank you for reading and giving feedback.
Going to catch up on your journals now.
It’s hard to keep up with all the journals I’m subscribed to but I promise I will get there. I’m just overwhelmed with health challenges and everyone knows what that’s like. Gotta be the tough woman and get better so my husband doesn’t worry so much. And he won’t worry so much when he see’s what I pull in for my harvest. Thanks to your help!
