 Flying fingers in the middle of the night. That was the wrong emoticon. This was the intended one. :hugs:

How about a couple extras?

Better. :cheesygrinsmiley:

WOWOWOWOWOWOOWOWOWOWOW! I love watching videos like this. Makes me feel proud of all my hard work is worth it. I certainly have proved that learning is an essential component to Neuro Genesis. Thanks so much SS, this put a smile on my face! xoxoxox:goof::allgood::passitleft:

I noticed when she discussed flavonoids she only mentions blueberries and dark chocolate. Certainly the cannabis flavonoids would have to thought of as a positive here.

Hi MJ, I agree. I was wondering if she was going to mention it, aaand, where does Cannabis fit? Thanks for letting me know. After speaking to my husband about this, we figure we're (forum) at the forefront of this brain/grow rehab for Alz. Maybe I should write a book about my specific case. lol :smokin2::lot-o-toke:

We laugh about it, but right now you know more about the ECS than 90% of practicing doctors and 100% more than the people making the rules about access to cannabis. What we share as a matter of course here is unknown to the very people that most need to understand the therapeutic value of cannabis.

Chocolate also contains anandamide, the "bliss" molecule, the same one your body produces and that THC mirrors the action of. They just recently discovered that.

Now you know why women consider chocolate to be brain food. Turns out we were right. :cheesygrinsmiley:

What’s Update – 100% Organic Garden & Brain Rehab – June 3rd, 2017

:welcome: Welcome to my Beautiful Healing Brain Journal!

Brain/Grow Rehabilitation Behaviour:

*Hard to believe it’s been 13 days since my last journal post. But when I think of the work I have accomplished since then, it’s even a surprise to me. So the new space isn’t done yet, it has to be perfect and it’s not, so moving my OCD right along…;)

*Letting go of the person I was before and accepting my heightened abilities has blessed me with an obsession to keep learning. I have found some information that I keep reading over and over. I’m kinda hyper-focused on my grasp of what is happening physiologically so I have pasted them here to materialize my mission better.

*In my city, province and country, there are NO available programs for younger (under 50) people with the rare Neuro Disease “Frontal Temporal Dementia - FTD” a sublet of Alzheimer’s; therefore, I am creating my own brain rehabilitation program and this is how I’m going to do it.

*I must believe I can evolve from this medical condition. I won’t be the business/technology dominatrix I was, but I can still apply my high functioning writing ability to record my future.

“Natural plasticity (ability of change) of the brain
“The brain is a dynamic organ that has a natural ability to adapt and change with time. Even after it has been injured, the brain changes by setting up new connections between neurons that carry the messages within our brains. We now know the brain can create new neurons in some parts of the brain, although the extent and purpose of this is still uncertain.
Plasticity of the brain occurs at every stage of development throughout the life cycle. Plasticity is more likely to occur when there is stimulation of the neural system, meaning that the brain must be active to adapt. Changes do not occur without exposure to a stimulating environment that prompts the brain to work. These changes do not occur quickly. That is one of the reasons that recovery goes on for months and sometimes years following TBI.
Rehabilitation sets in motion the process of adaptation and change. Keep in mind that formal rehabilitation, such as received in a hospital from professional therapists, is a good initial step, but in most cases this must be followed by outpatient therapies and stimulating activities in the injured person's home.”
-----------------

*Also, I included a paragraph explaining what FTD is so you guys can see what how big the lonely mountain is, when I descend on my CBD oil journey.

“Frontotemporal dementia tends to occur at a younger age than Alzheimer's disease and can affect both men and women. The average length of the disease can vary. This type of dementia resembles Alzheimer's disease in that it also involves a progressive degeneration of brain cells that is irreversible. With this form of dementia, a person may have symptoms such as sudden onset of memory loss, behaviour changes, or difficulties with speech and movement.
Unlike Alzheimer's disease, which generally affects most areas of the brain, frontotemporal dementia is an umbrella term for a group of rare disorders that primarily affect the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain – the areas generally associated with personality and behaviour. In some cases, brain cells in these areas shrink or die.”
-------------

*Lastly, I have provided information on the “7 stages to recovering from a traumatic brain injury” because there are no recovery processes for Alzheimer’s because it’s a terminal disease. But what if there is a recovery process to be born from my life story?

*After 18 months of retraining my brain, I feel like I found a super accurate scale to align my progress with so maybe it can show my results. Also, next time I will share my “occupational therapy assessment and that will also show you how the medical field rates the effect of this disease on me specifically.

*This list below shows the “Levels of Cognitive Functioning” recovery for a traumatic brain injury (TBI) starting at Level 1 – Level 10, with Level 1 starting off as most severe.

*Now to assess ALZ impact on me, you start at Level 10 – Level 1 which is the exact opposite of someone with a TBI – Traumatic Brain Injury. Whereas, my brain cells are degenerating over time till the disease claims death.

*If you have some kind of brain health issue, you will find your place on this list on some recognizable level. I started off on Level 5 as of Sept 2015. I still feel like I’m on Level 4 but only periodically.

*I would say with great confidence and after a year of excessive and higher learning, I have progressed to Level 6. I can actually look back now at all my journals and literally see how confused and pained I was. But now I’m excelling beyond my initial prediction over a year ago.

*It is with my heart and soul that I believe that the growing process is retraining my brain by forcing me to use my executive functions logically through visual processes. It is extremely hard to learn when someone is lecturing me, but if they show me visuals and lecture, I pick it up surprisingly fast.

*Keeping my brain active has been successful but I haven’t even tried oils yet. Once I get on capsules, I feel I can tackle the next Level of recovery in this very long process.

“The ---- Traumatic Brain Injury - Levels of Cognitive Functioning”

Level 1-- No Response: Person appears to be in a deep sleep.
Level 2-- Generalized Response: Person reacts inconsistently and not directly in response to stimuli.
Level 3-- Localized Response: Person reacts inconsistently and directly to stimuli.
Level 4-- Confused/Agitated: Person is extremely agitated and confused.
Level 5-- Confused-Inappropriate/Non-agitated: Person is confused and responses to commands are inaccurate.
Level 6-- Confused-Appropriate: Person is confused and responds accurately to commands.
Level 7-- Automatic-Appropriate: Person can go through daily routine with minimal to no confusion.
Level 8-- Purposeful-Appropriate: Person has functioning memory, and is aware of and responsive to their environment.
Level 9-- Purposeful-Appropriate: Person can go through daily routine while aware of need for stand by assistance.
Level 10-- Purposeful-Appropriate/Modified Independent: Person can go through daily routine but may require more time or compensatory strategies.
-------------------

*Personal Mission: It is my hope that we can slow down/shut down the degeneration of my brain cells which robs me of our memories and logic.

*Again, in the medical field I am considered a dying patient, but what if there was a recovery “state of mind” that doctors should be open too? If you need one piece of evidence of how a non-chemical approach that can awaken Alzheimer patient’s then please go to Netflix and watch this video “Alive Inside.”

(original) Man In Nursing Home Reacts To Hearing Music From His Era - YouTube

*It’s a documentary on how music awakens the mind, body, heart and soul of Alzheimer patients that are otherwise labeled as dying. But if when we stimulate our 5 senses and just keep learning new things, we trick the mind to bloom into recovery so we can remain “alive inside.”

*Thank you for letting my brain ramble, it helps to write this stuff out so I can move on, every single grateful day growing under the Perfect Sun.

It’s FLOWER time! I have officially switched over to 12 – 12 but haven’t seen any pistols yet. I know they’re coming! Again, no nutrients have been added to the clones, just watering every 3rd day and have doubled the amount based on their self-watering dryness.

CBDream Clone #4-5-6 / 1 Gallon, Top-watering, LST & Topped

*Can’t believe they are still kicking around, it’s nice to see how far I’ve come. I could bin them, but the curiosity of their outcome has me intrigued. I’m sure the only reason they made it because I have an awesome light.

2. Type: Kushie Kush (Born March 4, 2017)

Week: 12

Days: 90

Temp: 24-30

Hum: 55 - 65%

Strain: Indica

Technique:Topped and LST

Comments:

*She is 24 inches wide and 20 inches tall. I tucked so many solar panels to expose the flowers. I ripped a couple sets of leaves as I was to gently pull the leaves away to give the flower my width. But otherwise, she’s a beauty. When she starts showing pistols I’m gonna defoliate her skirt to let the undergrowth shine through. You can already see flowers poking out from my cage fight with this Diva. Lol ;)

IMG_0502a.jpg

-----------

*Here is a side view of my Diva here. She is giving us face and growing beyond my wildest dreams. Look at all that green. Also, she will look even better once I defol her and let the Dwarf Star take over.

*more pics with the light on.

IMG_0522a.jpg

----------

* It appears that there is a secondary middle branch is leading the top cola way because of the LST training I did.

IMG_0591a.jpg

------------

* How can I not emulate the beauty and grace this top cola exudes?
I look up to her because she gives me second chances, a whole bunch of them. She is growing, I am growing, we are growing, welcome to Neuro Genesis!

(*To new growers: Could I ask for a favour, no biggie? Could you guys maybe use short paragraphing more often because it’s incredibly difficult to read blocks of text. I just don’t want to miss the valuable information from your resourceful posts and kind support. 420 HUGS)

*Thank you for encouraging my presence here and helping me help myself. Going to catch up on your journals now. ;)

You're going to change the perception of brain disease girl. :high-five: Then you're going to demonstrate the healing potential of the ECS.

You make me feel proud to be part of the entourage. :hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs::hugs:
