Not sure what your temps are, but mine started working when the water stayed below 70ºF in there. Also, I personally endorse Dip'n Grow rooting hormone. It made a lot of difference in my ProMix HP clones and I think it does with the cloninator as well. It's cheap and easy, but I wear gloves because it's pretty strong stuff.
Some strains take longer than others, so as long as they're green on top, let them stay. I've had stems take 2 months to finally show roots and they turned into beautiful plants.
And the advice I was given by Norcaliwood was wait for long roots with lots of fishboning before planting them. It makes the transition from water roots to soil roots easier on the plant.

I’m still hopefull for tomorrow as it’s only 7 hrs away from Me if I was to drive there.... when it finally arrives I will have 2 spare lights for my veg tent as I bough another smaller version of the one I already had for this current grow, just need to make a plywood area and get a couple more humidifiers, paint white and make look purdy! I ain’t buying another tent for a few grows.
