I hang as close to 60f/60% as possible. My last grow just got out of the closet a couple of weeks ago, and in the summer I could only get it down to 66-68f. Good enough. I put a humidifier in there to keep it at 60%RH.
I purchased a Wood Moisture Meter (WMM) on the advice of
@No Pain and it's an easy way to really know when the buds are finished drying and ready to start the cure. You can get one for under $25, too. My last grow I probably would have tried bagging after 10 days, but using the WMM I went 12 days (and the WMM read 10.5% avg). The buds went into the bag right at 60%RH.
If you're going to purchase something for the cure, you owe it to yourself to look into Grove Bags. Once your buds are dry, you just put them into the grove bag and let them cure. No burping, no bovedas*. And the bags retain more terpenes than repeatedly burping jars. It ends up costing less and being way easier and better. My buds have stayed right at 60-61% in the grove bags, and I've don't need to mess with them at all.
* If I ever need to raise the RH in a Grove bag, I keep a bag of frozen stems. Just take one out and put it in the bag.
Good luck with your dry and cure man, those buds look fantastic.
