New day, little growth above the soil each day, hopefully all is well below soil. Did notice a few lighter spots on leaves but nothing I need to worry about I don’t think?

So went and looked at my Pro-Mix soil stored in the garage since the spring. Seemed to be fine as I sealed it up pretty well but did notice a small hole on one side near the bottom of the bail. I opened the top and thoroughly looked over top few inches and looked fine so I filled up my to 3g pots to have ready to go.
Looking good. Healthy plants . Mean the world at this stage. Great start

So 8 days since breaking ground and holy bageeze my spare room the grow tent is in was really low, like 60 degrees low, yikes. Weather in southern Ontario was mild yesterday but got cold over night, forgot the window was open a crack! All good though, they look okay and will make sure to not let that happen again!
Looks like you are off to a good start @steelcurtain22 mind if I tag along?

I only have one completed grow with AN M+G+B and it was in hydro. However, I used the Big Bud and Overdrive in flower, along with some Terpinator. Whatever you go with make sure it has some extra Magnesium as AN is somewhat low using just the base. For the White Widows I had to supplement with some Epsom to get them to the finish.

Heck no, more the merrier, we’ll plus more people to help when needed, haha! This is my third grow using the AN ph perfect and I’ve been successful enough. Only other thing I add has been cal-mag regularly. I will be looking to use some type of bud enhancer come flower time, see what difference is made compared to previous grows. I’m leaning towards the Big Bud you’ve mentioned but time to figure that out, any input is always welcome and appreciated! Thanks for joining in man!

So all is a steady go, significant growth each day which is good to see. I’ve struggled with my RH but have learned not to worry or over think to much. Amazing that even being it’s the start of my 4th grow that I still feel like I’m new to it. Although I have noticed I have changed they way I do certain things from past grow mistakes. Great thing about mistakes really, learning is never ending with this hobby but love it all the way around! I would normally say ‘happy’ Thursday but this Thursday is a sad day in history as Russia attacks Ukraine, , stay safe all, and prayers to all the Ukraine citizens!

Hey all, new to the forum and thought I’d share a few pics of my two girls. They are photoperiod and both currently on day 47 of flower. This is my second grow and has gone really well. I have a 4x4 tent in a spare room of the house, lights are Phlizon 600W and 1600W LED’s actual wattage total...

Always amazed at how much growth can happen whiles they’re in the dark. Very happy with the start these two are having. My last plant yield also done in a 3g pot came up 7g short of 4 ounces, so my goal for these two combine is to get 9 /10 ounces, we’ll see! Happy Friday all, cheers to the weekend!!!

Not a lot going on, looking happy although one looks a little chipper than the other. Also haven’t had to water to much but feel they’re where they should be at 11 days since sprouting. Just eagerly waiting to transplant and start topping. Did not top plants from last two grows, only ever did first grow and seemed to go okay. Will only be transplanting once from current pots to final 3g pots as I did last two grows. Few pics at lights on today.

So, day 12 and feel like their fine? So my next steps when ready will be transplanting followed by first topping once they are settled in to new home. I’m checking for healthy roots to start appearing through the drainage holes in bottom of cups to know when to transplant so my question is how long do I wait to start first topping from being transplanted. As I have mentioned I only ever topped once and worked fine but just recapping. So on that note, I read to top after you have 4-5 nodes? Is their a preference or do I just decide I’m going to top at 5th node and that’s it? Also as mentioned I wanted top twice so next question is when do you top second time? I am always reading but also nice to get input from active members. Here’s the girls at light on today, both have some nice white roots starting to be visible at bottom but not enough to transplant yet…I don’t believe. They seem light in weight but not dry enough to water yet but they also kinda look a little droopy, any thoughts? Also have my light (which is all new to me) at 24 inches from top of plants on just Veg 77%. Recommended is 24-30 inches 50-75% but I figure if they plants like it I’ll increase a little as more light isn’t a bad thing until plants tells you it is right? Just plugging away and always thinking or reading! Lol

Day 13, and as I found myself glued to this site today looking at different posts and happened to come across a past grow of a member here who did GSC’s and as I looked through to compare they’re girls to mine as much as you can anyways and I feel I might be at about day 8 of Veg based on when she started hers in Veg. I feel like if this is the case than they may be lacking some nutes as I haven’t yet increased them for Veg, just watered but only seedling recommended amount. Guess all I can do is wait whiles they drink up and dry out. Will also transplant to final 3g pots once dryer. Once they’re settled it should work out to top at the 5th node, we’ll see, lol. Also was asked why I’m topping them, not sure why as I’ve seen many top GSC, I can scrog even if they don’t get too tall can’t I? Well here’s couple pics from today.

Veg, day 9, was nicely surprised to open the tent to these perked up girls! Looking better than yesterday so must be liking the water they received. The 4th node is coming in on both so all l can do is wait until they’ve completed taking in their water and then it’s transplant time!

Was checking in on the girls and decided to name them, be the first time but feelin it! So having said that, introducing Laverne & Shirley, on the left is Laverne and Shirley is on the right! Got thinking of female duo’s and grew up watching many shows in this era but one of my favourites was Laverne & Shirley. Spin off from another great show Happy Days. If I was growing males for pollen they’d definitely be Lenny & Squiggy! Good night all!

Veg , day 10, new day, new names and new growth! Laverne & Shirley look great and seeing quite a difference in 4th node growth. Cups are getting lighter and judging by the weight, I should be able to transplant later tomorrow evening or Friday.
