I've been told to just have it on 100% and the girls are loving it but should I have it flat out?

Nice setup! I have a VP Par 450, I see that's the dimmer version eh? Does it have flower and bloom switch? I agree with Chris, run it at full power, both switches.

I myself am not at all offended or harmed by your blue pic, however it's been a bone of contention here at 420 lately. Seems some people get physical pain from anything other than white light pictures, a campaign of discouragement looks to have been launched. Kinda like the peanut allergy fad. No more peanut butter cookies for anyone!

That's awesome! I ran mine full power the whole way through, just adjusted the height to accommodate the growing period. Eventually I settled on about 24 -30 inches for veg, about 12-16 for flower. If that box is where you are going to finish those plants, look into topping and supercropping! You are going to need to keep the height down, I guarantee your tops will run into your lights. Check out @Herb Dean 's grow he did a amazing job managing plant height in a small room.
