I hope to start flushing with flawless finish maybe this week end. 5-7 days of flush then 2 days in the dark and chop. .

Looks like 10%-20% amber right now, ill keep an eye on them. I can start the flush sooner if it ambers up quickly.

I used to give a few days dark before chop but I never had a reason. I haven't done it in a few grows. Why do you give them the dark time? Looking great. Flush is exciting. Getting close

Right now im just going on what ive read, the plants are supposed to sense the end and make a last ditch effort at producing trichs and resins. What was gour experience? Did it make any difference?

I have also read a couple days in the darkness is beneficial before harvest. Many seasoned growers on these forums agree and have reinforced that.

Question; do you use air stones in your res? I ask because I currently use them in buckets, but my Active Air pump is noisy. Would rather do without once I go ebb n flo. Unless it's truly needed...

I use an air stone in mine, it keeps the solution mixed up. And adds some oxygen to the solution. Mines pretty noisy too but ive gotten used to the humming.

I don't have any trouble, just a bit noisy.

Those plants look amazing! I can't wait to see some harvest pics and nugget shots. Do you live in an area that you can get produce tested? It would be nice to see some of these "tricks" tested. I've heard the same about extended darkness and I've read it debunked back and forth. Either way, you're going to enjoy those plants! Great job!

Thanks Spitz, im not in a place where i can get product tested. For sure ill do a harvest info and smoke report on these. I have 3 flowers i dusted with pollen so i should have some seeds. Ill want to do this SK again for sure.
