Thanks Shed... after the last grow I'm hyper sensitive. I'll be keeping a close watch this time around.

I thought that amnesia lemon was done growing but when I opened the tent tonight she was touching the light. I managed to raise it another couple of inches and I super cropped that cola.

I Have some yellow spotting on a few leaves so may need to add some cal mag and I saw 1 leaf with powdery mildew. That caught me by surprise with all of the air flow I have in there and I've never seen in before in any of my grows.

Is that citric acid spray safe at this stage or should I just hit it with hydrogen peroxide?

Quick update...

4x4 - Giixer 1000W (x4)...
The feed pump pushes about 1/2 gallon to each plant every 4 hours which drains back to reservoir.
Adding 4-5 gallons to the reservoir every day.

Starting in the rear left and going counter-clockwise

The purple queen was getting crowded out so I moved her over to the 2x2
2x2. Mars Hydro TS 600 90W.
Reservoir topped off with RO water manually every day. Currently sipping about 2/3 gallon daily.

I saw no more signs of powdery mildew but I went ahead and hit them with @InTheShed 25% citric acid spray. I stopped at the Indoor Earthworm for a pressurized sprayer. Those things sure are nice. While I was in there I made an impulse purchase of 2 bloom bar lights you probably noticed in the first pic. My only other concern at this point is the temperature goes into the upper 80Fs when the lights come on at 5:00 each evening. That's something I don't think I can correct at this time.

They're looking great and sounding thirsty! I'd say you're fine at 85º if the humidity is okay. Turning up the exhaust fan won't bring the temp down in the 2x2?

The exhaust fan runs 24x7. However, the 2x2 ehaust vents back into the shed. I guess tomorrow I'll run the duct up into the "attic". Not too concerned about lower temps in the 2x2 as I believe the purple queen likes it cooler.

The Zkittlez ssems to be thriving in the back corner of the 4x4.

This update is all about ZK1. I pulled her out of the tent to get a closer look and ended up breaking off 1 of the main colas, so I decided to go ahead and harvest her. I put PQ1.2 in her spot in the 4 x 4 so I could use the 2 x 2 to dry ZK1.

Not seeing a bunch of amber trichs so hopefully I didn't chop her too early

I went ahead and scoped the Zkittlez hanging in the 2 x 2 and the trichs look

However, first I saw eggs

Then I found the critters

So, I went ahead and washed the buds. I'll scope again tomorrow to see if it worked.

Now, what to do about the pants in the 4 x 4?

First off, congrats on the the harvest, early or not! Oof on the bugs though. I'd spray them with unscented castille soap and wash them an hour later if they survive the first wash.

I do have to say holy moly on the spears on the DBL4 and the AL! Don't bump your head on those.

Seriously. Looks like Stardawg found the Spear(s) of Longinus! Put the hammer down on those mites ASAP. I'd spray the %$&@ out of everything growing, then spray again, but that's me. Got some cleaning to do when the tent's empty too, I reckon.

Awesome plants though, mate, super mouth-watering stuff. So glad you got to harvest. Plus,. sweet auto-sipping. Must've made things a bit easier, not that filling a SIP is hard but it's nice to know you can ignore your plants if need be and all will be well. Be well SD!

I'm still not seeing amber on the DBLs, but, maybe there won't be any as they are a CBG hemp plants. Both DBL3 and PQ1.2 are struggling to hold up their spears, so I think I'm going to chop them all down tomorrow. Both PQ1.2 and AL1 are finally showing some amber and they're all waaay past due so I think it's for the best.

As for the bugs in the 4x4...First I dusted the tent at the base of the plants with diatomaceous earth. Some got on the lower branches. I'll definitely be washing these buds and they'll all go to RSO or MCT so I'm not too concerned about it. Next I ordered lady bugs. Once they arrived I sprayed the plants real good with citric acid and then released them. When I scoped the buds tonight no sign of bugs.

I'm looking forward to bringing them down tomorrow so I can see how they turned out in a couple of weeks when I trim them up

SIPs FTW!

The SIP / grow dots / auto-feed made things SUPER easy. Probably the best part was the pH buffering of the soil. I still tried to keep it in the 6.0 - 6.5 range. There were times it was much higher but the plants didn't seem to mind. I was away several weekends and a whole week in the Dominican Republic. I don't think the plants even knew I was gone.

From now on I'll be using the citric acid spray more regularly since this is the second grow I've dealt with these mites. I found a light manufacturer that claims their lights prevent them, but I can't afford to drop $1900 bucks on lights for a 4 x 4 tent.

As far as cleaning everything...the whole shed is going to be getting a makeover. I have to re-shingle the roof so everything is coming out. I'm thinking I'll put up some paneling on the walls to cover the insulation boards because they don't clean well. I also need a new tent since my zippers broke about the time I flipped to flower. I've been using Velcro which doesn't close up all the way. I can't really complain because I bought a super cheap tent on the Wish app and it lasted 3 years. I'll be looking for a better quality tent this time so recommendations welcomed.
