Stanks Go Perpetual In 2018!

I like to try any strain that has the NL in the genes. One that I have grown now 3 times is the Aurora Indica which is a cross I believe between Afgani X Northern Lights. Definitely a night time strain. What's nice about it is that the CBD is high as well as the THC. I let mine run an extra 2 or 3 weeks. A go to strain for back pain relief and help with insomnia. Letting it flower that extra 3 weeks seems to bolster the positive effects.

Her name is Ernice, and she is 13 days from chop chop. The breeder says flower her for 7-8 weeks. In 13 days she will have been flowering for 11 weeks and 3 days.

Wow, you do like your CBN! Most would find it hard to resist a plant screaming "chop me down" as loud as that one is :).

She’s gonna be a beast in flower!

Thanks brother, I agree. I am excited for her but I have to keep her at bay for another 30-35 days before I can flower her.

Yup. She will yield for you Van. I hope you like yours like i like mine.

I am excited to try her!

Great structure Van. Training will still be a breeze after the transplant!

Thanks Shed! She is the first plant I have had that the first node branch has ever made it out. She's a bit different from what I have grown but I love her structure for what I want to do with her. The plan is coming together nicely with her.

Damn that looks good... I grew NL a long time ago, outdoors , and that looks so much better at day 32... Good Shit... :yahoo:

Hey Hacker....thanks for the kind words! She's a Sensi Seeds girl....I am digging her!

I do like the increase in CBN. I like taking a few hits about a half hour from bedtime and in about 20 minutes I start yawning and realize I am working to hold my eyes open. And then becoming aware that "Hey, my back is not hurting so much" and heading off to bed.

Always good to see a NL. Can produce some really thick, fat colas. Might be a place for it in your projects.....imo NL blends well with just about everything. :Namaste:

Hey BL, good to see ya brother. I am leaning towards taking a clone off her before we flower her. Ms Stank and I have been planning something with her....she might be half of what I am looking for.

Thats a great looking plant Beez! How tall is she from the soil?

That's a purrdy girl yeah got going there stank. :goodjob: top notch
Thanks bud! She is kinda sexy! Sitting here deciding if I want to up pot her to her 10 gallon pot tonight or tomorrow. Leaning towards doing it while Ms Stank waters her Harlequin here in a bit.

That is what i was wondering seeing it is the base of many breedings.

Yeah....I think we will take one and hang on to it while she flowers and see how the smoke is. If the smokes good...we just might need to keep her around.
She'd enjoy those 10 gallons :thanks:

Yeah she is going to get BIG!

This plant is not all that tall as I had a screwed up winter grow. She is 16" tall at the tallest. She did not get to veg long enough. I had a hole in the flowering tent and she volunteered fill it. I grew one last spring, the mother of this plant actually and she was just under 24" tall from the soil. The one in the photo is only in a 1 gallon pot so go figure.....LOL

Harlequin Flip Day 13, Day 5 with Hairs

Ms Stank gave her a big drink of ACT last night, a little over a gallon. She looked happy this morning so I figured I would give her an update. She still has another week or so before Ms Stank can do any defoliation on her. Her canopy is definitely thick. She's been plucking a fan leaf or two that are blocking lower bud sites. Aside from that, she is on cruise control and is a very happy and healthy looking plant!

Little Canopy shot....

And the Buds are just starting to form

Stankberry Male Update

Haven't talked about him in a while. Moved him into the tent where Ms Stank's male Harlequin was residing until we cut him down yesterday.

You will notice the two little LED strips hanging over him. The dude at the grow store gave me one to try and I liked it enough that I picked up two more specifically for this tent. Each one is only 24 watts so he only has 48 watts over him but its bright as hell and believe it or not, the strips are full spectrum LEDs. They would be great for side lighting as well. They produce very little heat and can be run very close to the plants which is a huge benefit in a 2x2x4 tent. I don't have enough vertical room that I can stand using a light that must remain 18" above the canopy.

I am keeping in there until I am ready to roll with the next breeding adventure.

Northern Lights Update

I know I just posted an update on her, but we got her up potted last night and she looked a bit angry at being disturbed. That certainly wasn't the case this morning. Seems that she is well on her way of getting her roots underneath her in her new 10 gallon pot. She has at least a month to veg before there is room in the flower tent for her.

I will give her another day or two to get used to the pot and then her next round of toppings will happen. Pretty girl!

Yeah I am really digging those little strips. And it's white light too! Definitely worth considering for anyone out there with less than perfect coverage or with heat issues.

I know this tent will be in use for quite a majority of the time going forward but I would love to do a 48 watt grow of something in there just to see what it would yield.
