Stanks Go Perpetual In 2018!

The fucked up part is none of this is in our control. Everything we needed to do was done within two weeks of the offer, approved loan in hand. Every delay has been on the sellers end.

The work on the Septic is completed and both the Engineer and the Board of Health have signed off, but now it has to go somewhere for approval and they only meet two days a week, Tuesday and Thursday. Well Thursday next week, I can promise you they ain't gonna meet! So that leaves Tuesday. If they don't do what they need to do then, we are screwed and then the deal is most likely off. We only paid for a 45 day rate lock extension and rates have gone up and it expires next week. Any additional delays on their parts will result in lots of additional costs for us that we aren't going to eat for their screw up. I just know they are going to screw something up and mess up the approval on Tuesday. They have screwed everything up at least once up until this point so I certainly don't expect them to buck the trend. Meanwhile we are supposed to be out of this house on the 24th.....the day after Thanksgiving. :rolleyes::oops::eek:

To say this whole process has been frustrating is an understatement. No clue how things are going to go, but I warned the realtors that if it ain't done on the 24th, we walk from the deal. They can kiss a Stanky ass!!

I can tell you that I have never had better tasting weed than the tester nugs of the BCP. I had yours after it had dried and cured and it was good, not as good as your bubba hash (taste wise) but still some of the best I have had. Well that was until I had the fresh BCP. My buddy's exact quote after he coughed his lungs out for taking a huge hit was "get the fuck out here.....it tastes just like it smells!" It was even a very good high for a tester nug too. I can't wait. We gotta cut em off the branches and bag them up tonight or tomorrow for a couple weeks of slow and low. Gonna COB some up, but honestly it almost seems like a shame cause I know its gonna lose that smell and taste. But I want to see what its gonna hit like in COB form.

Well thats interesting. its 14:30 and even tough i had quite the evening yesterday.. i am about to twist my first one. To me its also like a bonus to be sober for a while and then you take the pain for granted a sec. Good thing the ATF helps your back:goodjob:

How can we still talk about different country if we all have the same screw-ups? i really wish that everything works out. These people have no clue what a honour it is they have been chosen to kiss a original Stanks behind:rofl:

That might be just what the realtor needs to get off his/her ass and make it happen. It's their $$ and should get them to guiding the other party in the right direction. I hope so anyway.

ATF Sex Update

I posted last week that I was about 95% sure the ATF was a female based off the shape of the preflower, and that we were waiting for a hair to pop out of it to be sure. The shape of the preflower is almost a given, but you will need a scope or loupe to see it. I have posted a couple pics of her from yesterday, day 29, where you can see the shape and the hair.

The shape for a female preflower, well for lack of better description....is kind of the shape of (please forgive me cause I can't think of any thing less inappropriate, so please feel free to give me an assist if you can describe it better) of a butt plug. Sorry, I have tried to think of something better, but thats the only thing I have.

This is good news on the medicine front since the ATF jars are really really low.
 
DTF Roots Update

I know Chris Scorpio asked me last week to see pics of the roots at up my up potting from the solo cup. Well this morning, I up potted the 4 DTF plants into half gallon pots and after I finished the 1st one, I remembered I was supposed to take the pics for @Chris Scorpio, so I got three of the four of them.

I will begin looking for preflowers on them at some point this week.

UPSIDE DOWN CONE SHELL......thats what the pre flower looks like in its beginning stages! More so than a tear. It becomes more tear shape as it matures....but when it first appears its more like an upside down cone shell (google it if you need to......minus the coloring obviously).

Thank Duggs....First time for me buying a used house. Only other house I ever owned, I had built....stressful but not like this. We will build the next house we get.

Well I never count chickens before they hatch, so I will hold off celebrating for another 12 days or so but its definitely looking good at this point. Still a long ways to go brother!

I know cone shells very well! My old man has an incredible sea shell collection from decades of scuba diving and competitive spear fishing. Some truly incredible shells and corals in his collection.
