Stanks Go Perpetual In 2018!

I smoked some Grand Daddy Purple cob the other night and just couldn't process much of anything. I was watching a movie with the wife and she asked me if I liked it, I said I don't know because its just moving pictures to me, I couldn't tell what just happened 10 seconds ago.
I had a Grand Daddy Purple moment this week, took a few too many hits, my wife said I was standing in the living room like a zombie and she had to steer me to the bedroom.

I had some Girl Scout Cookies that I vaped the flower in a Volcano at my brother's house. He put on Star Wars (one of the newer ones) and I was trying to watch it with my 3 year old nephew. I couldn't follow the movie at all. I was just hoping to not seem like an idiot to the 3 year old as he asked a constant barrage of 3 year old questions.

I need to try some GDP.

Anyone ever tried UW Purp?

Lil' Blue is coming down today. She ain't Purdy and she ain't big.....but for a clone grown in a 3 gallon pot just to check on nanners.....she is giving me a pretty decent yield. I am guessing 2 zips.

Lil' Blue Harvest Day 52, Day 45 With Hairs

Decided to chop her sooner than later. She had to come down this week and since this girl is definitely indica leaning in her dominance, I decided to chop on the early side. Her mom was harvested about 8 days later so this will give me a little variety in the smoke.

After trimming her, I am impressed with the yield, especially considering I put zero training in on her and she was in such a small pot. The main cola is very impressive and the smaller side branching is not bad at all either. If I didn't have a plant count issue to worry about, I could definitely see growing clones for yield in smaller pots. Much easier to deal with both is moving and watering and much easier to trim. She would have been a great strains for SOG.

Was she in soil or coco perlite?

She grew in soil Flash.....just a small 3 gallon pot.

OK that's what I was thinking as I guess she would maybe have grown a bit thicker and bigger in the same size coco pot.

Buds look gorgeous no matter what! Love that color! I m hoping to see closer view :D

Oh yeah they will generally always get bigger in the same size coco pots. Soil generally doesn't give the same yield in smaller pots, especially if you aren't feeding any nutes. I feed the soil, the herd feeds the plant.

Mine is hybrid in seed form, still thinking it’s going to be fire.
Nice. They used the BCS in a few of their crosses such as their huckleberry soda. i have a few of those seeds I am yet to open. I missed my chance to order when they had two different BCS back crosses available as untested gear or freebies. Annunaki has a killer clone menu, but you have to live in their state and pick up. I really want their Huck Soda #4 and their Purple Persuasion #5. They also have some elite clones that they seel for cheap. I think it is $15 per clone the only catch is you have to buy at least 3 clones at a time. They can be different strains though so I would be ok with that.

heres What I have:
Black Cherry Soda: BCS x (BCS x Sunlounger) BX2
Iced Lemonade: Pink Lemonaid #2 x Huckleberry Soda
Huckleberry Soda: Huckleberry Soda #5 x Huckleberry Soda

Yeah that BCS BX2 is one of the ones I had seen. I have seen pics of the Iced Lemonade on IG and it looks like it is a killer strain! I have the Huck Soda, Pink Lemonaid V2, Show and Tell and purple Persuasion. Annunaki hooked me up with his last pack of the PP. He had been holding it for almost a year for someone that never came and claimed it. I was super excited to get it. I grew out two and of course the female was the only green pheno that comes out. Just my luck. I also have a bunch of Purple Persuasion x Sunlounger seeds too.

Morning all,

Had some updates in the queue last night but I ran out of steam before getting around to posting them. Also had a couple issues that surfaced. I had to perform an emergency surgery on the S. Harlequin. Her leaves were kind of growing around the center shoot so we had no growth coming up after her 2nd set of leaves. I kind of pulled the leaves apart and down and it exposed the new growth that was somehow sealed in. She looked a bit rough last night but seems to have recovered a bit. Will post pictures of her later.

Also saw a couple leaves on the Black Cherry Punch that caught my attention. A quick check on her revealed a couple mites. We checked all the other plants in the veg tent but didn't see any. So I decided to try something new in treating the plants for the mites since the plants were all in smaller pots. I filled up a 5 gallon bucket with water and added some Neem oil and mixed it up well. Then I cut a foam pad and gave it a slit so I could slide it around the stem of the plants. Then I turned the plant upside down (foam pad keeps the soil from falling into the bucket with the neem/water and dip the whole plant.

I dipped the three Northern Lights clones, the African Meltdown, and the Hawaiian Mayan Gold all first since I didn't see anything on any of them and they were all the smallest plants and easiest to do. Then I did the Tangie x Ghost Train Haze. Lastly I did the BCP making sure to hold the plant under the water for a minute while and swished it around trying to knock anything off the leaves. This was much easier to do on smaller plants than trying to spray. Now not sure how effective it is, but time will tell.

The last thing we did was to quarantine the BCP into my breeding tent all by her self. She will stay there until she is clear. I need to swing by the grow store and pick up some more Rapid Rooter plugs and I will cut a couple clones off the BCP, wash them til they are squeaky clean and get them rooting. IF i can get the clones rooted before I clear the few mites and eggs off the BCP, I might ditch the mom and start over with the clone. I just don't want to battle the borg like I did last summer.

Luckily we caught them early and seem to have them quarantined. I will also take the BCP outside every day and spray her with the hose or with water/alcohol mixture.

Moral of the story? Watch your plants. Check your leaves when you defoliate. Inspect your plants for little tiny white spots. The Borg is a bitch to deal with if you let them get a foot hold. Have a plan for WHEN you come across them and they are manageable. I don't think this batch will be terrible to deal with since we found them early and only on one plant.

Ok, updates to follow.....
