Preach! For seeds, I'd run a bit higher than 75, but yeah after a certain point there's a cutoff, where you are going backwards. And if you are moving other things around at the same time, you miss it, and misattribute it.

Both Diesel clones like 75 or less. The others seem better and OK at 77/78F. I should run the Diesel and Sour in Winter, and the Cake and OG in Spring. Seeds all year around though, as they seem to have more latitude in temp as a rule, at least in my experience. I have some seeds going :) while enjoying the cuts... I do love the way seed plants grow. And not knowing what it is. I guess I like surprises.

I here ya about the clones this is my first year growing my clones and I will say they grow fast which is nice and because you've previously grown it you no what it prefers so you can taylor it but im with you already knowing what your going to end up with is kind of like seeing into the future I doubt ill stop cloning but I understand your point my brother!:smokin2:

Sam the Skunk unironically bred the stink out of the prior generation of Skunks... much to the dismay of many that LOVE that smell in their weed, and the effect that particular smell heralds. Mass Super, RFK, and RKS are some skunky cuts... crosses might bring the funk imo. :Namaste:

It's different... seeds are love - but clones you can benchmark. That's what I'm going to use to dial in further. So far I think I have a mix they can all live with. :surf:

I would be remiss Sir, if I didn't alert you to house Specials :rofl: I hope she changes my mind. She's in the corner right now, holding her own against the best of the Canna universe. Seriously, like what competition is there for the mother of Kush and the mother of Sour? Well, I just dropped a Lem Lime Punch from IHG, there's that Gas Leak coming too, and SFVxSSH cross from seed. For education and fun ... I'll also be flowering out a NL5 plant, as soon as the clone of her roots. :) Pretty sure Chem is more than 25% NL. I can smell it in all of the crosses so far, including Diesel when grown right (third time's a charm). Seeing NL on it's own will be fun.

WE are back on track that is for sure. Plants looked good for a minute, but weren't finishing out right, but everything now is running like a Swiss watch ... surely this can't last lol.

Incredible looking plants CS. I'm running a NL #5 now, she's approaching 50 days of flower. It's a breeze to grow with lots of frost. It is a low odor strain though which is good for some. It has a wonderful smell if you give her a little rub it's just not overpowering. The yield looks like it will be exceptional too. Keep up the good work.

Thanks Neiko, things are getting back on track. Has some products expire, then conspire .. against the plants ;) All is well, roots are whitey white, PM is handled and no pests in sight. :thumb: NL5 is a curious one. I was told the that the yield was a bit disappointing compared to how she looks, and that she goes real short time if you want to encourage her... 40's even.
 
OK, so I promised some Original Diesel pics... I didn't take that many, she wasn't a huge looker. She will smoke right though. Very strong right off the bush, no real cure needed on this one...she's done right. Dry, Cure, Wash etc... she's fantastic.

Pulled at 70 days, I would like to run her to 74 to see what that brings, but she's supposed to be an early pull - the front end of her is needed for balance and if you let her go to far, she'll lose it.

Wedding Cake, Harvest 71 Days flower. She's a looker, and a growers cut for sure. Very resistant to PM, pests, easy to grow etc. I be she will put out when I grow a trained version.... these were two couple-zip testers. I didn't get any real whole plant pics, I've posted some...she grows like an OG. Smells like bud-wash-water... citrus, sweet, skunk.

Leafs are filling in nicely... we are going to get along, I'm so stoked.


We got this one coming down. I had to toss a couple buds, there was a little PM hiding... but most of it made it thru clean. :yummy:

Harvest 75 days of flip for JoshD cut of OG Kush. Well, I have to say that growing her is pretty easy, as she doesn't hang on to too much N even though she looks green, she smokes real well. I did a wet trim instead of dry, because I was doing a bud wash.

I'm just dumping a bunch ..
