17/12/2014 at this point I've came off the grow and went onto the bloom, still using the pk boost every Wednesday and Sunday. PH is still 6.5 throughout, temps between 22-26 and lights 24/7.
29/12/2014 - At this point the bloom will be at 7ml/1L and I will have added the Bloombastic. I went to a grow shop and the guy told me his customers have had great results, I just bought it because I was in a bit of a rush, only using between 0.5-1.0ml/1L. Couple weeks before and from now on I was giving them 2L each per day as they were so dry with only 1L, 2L seems to be better. PH still 6.5. Lights 24/7. Temps 22-26. Varied during the colder months but was kept between these.
06/01/2015 lights 24/7, all the nutes still the same, pH still 6.5, temps 22-26 °C. (Just in case anybody is wondering, the plants are being brought out the tent for these photos then put straight back under the lights)
Got a few more photos uploading at the moment, these are the rest I have and are all up to date mostly. I'll be taking photos tomorrow of the set up and more of the plant. Will be my second day of flushing. Any hints or tips on flushing? Im just watering them 2l each, ph 6.5. Lights still on at 24/7. Is there anything else I could be doing or is it as simple as that? Bed time for me here, got some nice Cheese to put me to sleep . Night y'all!
Stainless, I am suitably impressed. Thank you for this peek into what I can expect in the coming months. Wow! And mine has a happy Buddha Magnum sitting next to her. How will I ever contain them?
I'll stick around and watch you harvest, if that's ok with you.
How much longer do you figure you have to go? I calculate you to be about 65 Days in? There's a strong tendency for first time growers to rush that harvest. Put it off as long as you can. Those last two weeks the buds will almost double in size.
This might be a good time to try LA's Backbuilding technique. Well worth the time to at least consider.
I'm just back from flushing them for the 2nd time. Will do this for the rest of the week and then dry 7-10 days. (This may change, just depends on how they are looking etc) I actually had a look at a few techniques and I did see that, I'm maybe just a bit scared to do it in case I ruin them lol but each day what I have been doing is pinching the top of the bigger buds, read somewhere that doing this can enhance the size on your smaller buds. Not sure if it is working but the buds are looking better each day, feel so dense! I think I'm going to have to string one of my buds up, the stem is long and bud is huge at the end, keeps falling over lol
Ok these are from the 09/01/2015. These were the last photos taken before I took some more again today. Will upload the new ones later on. Quite a few here so hope you enjoy.
First set of photos is the shorter but wider pot. This has definitely affected the size and shape of this plant. I would say its made it shorter and bushier than my other plant.
Ok so today I was in a bit of a rush so only got a few photos of the set up. As you'll see, fairly basic, just my tent light, reflector and balist, flow of fresh air and a clip fan
Today I gave each plant 2L of fresh water, PH is 6.5. 2nd day of flushing. 13/01/2015. Last pic is a pic of my hand, may be able to see the stickyness on my fingers, that's the buds
These are photos of the shorter but wider pot (sits on the right hand side in the tent)
